McKinley House - Garage, Gym and Fenced Back Yard

McKinley House is a new way to stay. Our philosophy is simple--why pay for stuff you don't need? Like for space you won't use because there are just two of you? And how about deposits, linen charges or crazy cleaning fees? Isn't traveling expensive enough? We thought so too, and designed our house to meet your needs--whatever they are. You always get a private stay in a place to call your own at a fair price. From one to seven guests, McKinley House expands to meet your needs. Our base price includes two guests.

McKinley House is located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood just minutes from I-40 and I-27. In total, the house is 1,226 sq. ft. and has a living area, dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, patio, outdoor grill, fenced backyard with kids play area, and up to three bedrooms. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi and Fire TV with Max and Prime Video.

Guests have access to the gym, sauna and garage at no additional cost.

When booking, you are getting a private stay. Bedrooms are available depending on your needs and the number of guests you book, so please be sure to indicate the total number of guests who will be staying overnight.

KING SUITE: The King Suite is a 192 sq. ft. room featuring a king size bed with 14" plush memory foam mattress, nightstand, lamp, sleep sound machine with alarm clock, dresser, mirror, computer desk with lamp and chair, 39" flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The suite has a private bathroom with a shower and a large walk-in closet. This room accommodates two guests.

THE QUEEN: The Queen Room is a 140 sq. ft. room featuring a queen size bed with firm mattress, nightstand, lamp, sleep sound machine with alarm clock, mirror, 39" flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The room has a shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination and has a closet. This room accommodates two guests.

THE DOUBLE: The Double Room is a 116 sq. ft. room featuring a twin size bunk bed with 11" plush memory foam mattress over a double size bed with pillow top mattress, dresser and ceiling fan. The room has a shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination and has a closet. This room can accommodate three guests and is perfect for kids.

A couple of our top priorities when booking a vacation rental are cleanliness and dog-friendly space and this house more than met our needs. It's obvious the hosts care about their property as well as the people who rent the home. Very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. Big bonus is having use of the garage. Next time we will be sure to use the infrared sauna!

Everything was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the fans didn't tink, curtains on the windows. Coffee bar, bathrooms clean. Easy check in and check out. They were quick to respond. Best place we have stayed in awhile. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic place to rest our heads and relax as we traveled through Texas! Beds were amazingly comfortable, my service dog was thrilled to have a space to be off leash and play outback, and there was plenty of space for all 4 of us.Definitely will stay again if the home is available when we come back through!!

My wife and I were road tripping to Dallas for a friend’s wedding and Perry’s place was the perfect pit stop. With a private back yard and little touches that refreshed us for the next day’s drive, we’re happy to have booked this house!
