"Elavator would be good"

"The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was ok however the drain in the bathroom was not working and they only provided one towel for the room. The parking lot was really dirty and was full of sketchy people lurking around. I did not feel the most safe staying in this location. Will not be back."

My expectations were low but this place is worse than I could have imagined. I felt dirty and disgusting by merely entering the room. "Overall, good value. Bathroom sink had an interior crack running from the top to the drain plug. We took a photo, and showed it to the front desk. They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card. "We were flying LAX to Chicago connecting to PEO. The LAX flight to Chicago was delayed causing us to miss out PIA flight and had to fly to peoria the next day. While getting my flight information straightened out Expedia and myself both contact Motel 6 informing them I would not be able to make it in time to check in and was told by staff at the Motel 6 it didn't matter, there was no refund."
