Good cottage in lovely town

Good cottage, well furnished - however tall people 190cms + suffer in the beds because the footboards mean it is impossible to stretch out. Otherwise comfy.

Wonderful holiday home

We had a lovely time at Lundy Cottage. The house was immaculately clean and very welcoming. The rooms were all a very good size and the house is freshly renovated and decorated. The welcome pack was extremely generous thank you. The location is very good with easy parking outside the house. It’s just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Alnwick. There is a corner shop just over the road and a well stocked coop within a couple of minutes walk. The only downside for us was that the master bedroom has a 4ft 6 bed which was a bit smaller than we are used to.

Ideal base.

Lovely house. Clean and everything you need. Secure back yard for dogs and children. Short walk into Alnwick and the most we drove daily on days out all within half an hour. Obviously you can go as far as you want but many beaches locally for our dog. Don't let on road parking put you off. We got parked directly outside the house for our all stay.
