Welcome to Villa Ilda, a bright and comfortable contemporary house, ideal for enjoying a pleasant stay by the sea whilst remaining close to Lisbon. Located in Charneca da Caparica, the villa benefits from a convenient location, near shops, restaurants and city centre services. The beaches of Costa da Caparica are only 4 km away, Lisbon city centre approximately 22 km away, and the airport 28 km away, making it a perfect starting point for discovering the region.



The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has been designed to offer space, comfort and brightness. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful open living space with lounge and kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments. This level also includes a bedroom and a bathroom.



On the upper floor, the house has a master suite, two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom, offering comfortable and well-organised space for families or groups of friends.



Outside, everything is planned to fully enjoy the Portuguese climate. You can relax around the heated private swimming pool (depending on the time of year and weather conditions, with a maximum temperature of around 25°C), share meals in the outdoor dining area, prepare good times around the barbecue, or simply relax in the garden lounge.



To enhance your stay, leisure and wellness equipment is also at your disposal: 4 adult bicycles (including one electric) to explore the surroundings, as well as 2 yoga mats and weights for your exercise sessions.



The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, guaranteeing a comfortable stay throughout the year.
