Topvakantie

Erg genoten van het appartement, het strand, het lekkere eten en Lissabon. Contact met villa managers verliep soepel. Kortom, we hebben heel fijn vakantie gevierd.

Mooi appartement en centraal gelegen

Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement. Het ligt centraal ten opzichte van Lissabon (stadscentrum) en andere plaatsen zoals Sesimbra. Een absolute aanrader!

Location au top

Tout d'abord un super contact avec Tatiana, location très facile à trouver dans un endroit juste parfait. L'appartement correspond totalement avec l'annonce. Il se trouve à 20min de Lisbonne ou 15 min de l'embarquadaire qui permet de rejoindre Lisbonne par la liaison maritime et à 3 min en voiture d'un spot océan juste magnifique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé et spacieux. Les seuls point négatifs sont les aboiements des chiens et la piscine payante mais indispensable lorsqu’il fait très chaud.

Schöne saubere Wohnung und super nette Kontaktperson!

Die Wohnung ist sauber, alle Sachen wurden sofort erledigt. Super weiße Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Schade, dass das obere Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat. Auch das in der Gegend so viel Mühl liegt, war nicht so toll. Dieses hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Die Kontaktperson ist aber sehr nett und kompetent. Danke für tolle Zeit!

Très bel appartement agréablement situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et très agréable. Rien à redire. Tout est là pour passer un très bon séjour et de belles vacances, nous avons vraiment apprécié la propreté des lieux et l'effort indéniable qui était fait pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. L'appartement est doté d'une belle terrasse donnant sur un golfe et sur les sapins. C'est calme et très reposant. A 5 minutes à peine en voiture de la plage et à 25 minutes de Lisbonne centre. Aucun souci pour se garer avec de nombreuses places de parking devant l'appartement. Le complexe est doté d'une supérette, d'un distributeur de billets et d'un bar - restaurant. Il convient de noter que l'accès à la piscine n'est pas libre mais payant et l'appartement n'est pas à proximité directe de la piscine. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis Merci encore à Joana pour sa gentillesse et toutes ses explications avec un français impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location si vous devez séjourner à lisbonne ou dans sa proche banlieue vous ne serez pas déçu

Lovely flat internally - shame about the security

Having arrived at the flat I was slightly surprised at how much the area was built up. Internally though the flat is as exactly pictured and perfectly suited for 4 persons. One shame is that the sofa will only seat 3 persons. Travelling with a 1 year old baby I was quite happy with the cot and highchair provided. We did though have a few issues - the wi-fi did not work and the lock on the patio door does not work meaning we were unable to completely secure the flat while out. When we reported these issues to the flat manager it seemed as though these were regular complaints with the response of "we are aware but the flat owner is not prepared to replace the lock and you could close the shutters across the patio as an alternative". We did also have a bit of an issue when trying to cook breakfast. It seemed have the cooker, hob and toaster going at the same time tripped out the fuse repeatedly. The beach near by is wonderful and only a 5 minute drive with a couple of restaurants on the beach. We travelled as a party of 4 + 1 baby and this seemed like a sensible size group for the flat. To occupy it at its maximum capacity really would be a squeeze on space available. Even with these few issues though we did have a wonderful stay.

Excelente apartamento

Apartamento com excelentes condições, muito arejado, ar condicionado a funcionar muito bem. Cozinha bem equipada, com todos os eletrodomésticos e utensílios necessários. Estacionamento sempre disponível. Ambiente seguro em toda a envolvência da herdade. Excelente disponibilidade por parte dos colaboradores da empresa homeaway. Gostei muito e recomendo.
