"fixture was coming off, lamp cover was missing. the only good thing is the staff is very nice and helpful, there is a water dispenser and microwave in lobby, and it's close to the old town."

"I think this hotel charges too much for what it provides. Just lacks a real 4 star experience. Room was dirty when we arrived. Bathroom was pretty gross. "Yes this place is costly but for the experience it’s underpriced. We loved the SPA and renting bikes to tour the country bike trails all around Valkenburg. Highly recommend the apartments for privacy and direct proximity to the SPA and cathedral. 10/10"
