Escape to the wilderness of Allenspark in this delightful 2-story house. With three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this cozy retreat offers ample space for up to 6 guests. Just minutes from Estes Park, Wild Basin, and Rocky Mountain National Park, Allenspark is a rural shoulder community where you can relax and enjoy yourself outside of the bustling town action. Dogs are warmly welcomed in this inviting home, allowing the whole family to enjoy the mountain getaway. Admire spectacular views of the majestic Mount Meeker and Longs Peak from every corner of the 1400-square-foot abode. You`ll find comfortable accommodations, including two twin beds in the loft, one queen bed, and one king bed in the other bedrooms. A giant soaking tub is a great way to finish the day, and you can Warm up by the fireplace after hiking in the surrounding wilderness. With many hiking trails nearby, adventure awaits just steps from your doorstep. After a day of exploration, return to your mountain retreat and unwind on the spacious deck. Please note that there is a 4-night minimum stay, ensuring you have ample time to immerse yourself in Meeker Park`s natural beauty. Guests will need to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access the property in the winter.

Vacation Rental Agreement-
This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management
(also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants”
and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their
reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. The
Property Manager will notify the Renters when their reservation is accepted.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released.
Policy:
The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are
difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager.
Reservation Policy:
We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following:
1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by
our negligence.
2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival.
3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property
damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See
disclaimer below.
4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing
items.
5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through.
6. There are no refunds for early departure or no shows.
7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions.
8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival.
9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $100 for unbagged trash.
10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request
to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging.
11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50
12. This is not a party house.
13. This is a non-smoking vacation rental.
14. Pets are not allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the
property manager.
15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum
stated occupancy.
16. Please check when your check in time is. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to
extra rental charges.
17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental.
18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of
the cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and can ask you to leave the property if you are rude/disrespectful or breaking any of these rules. We will not be responsible for accidents or
injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Disclaimer:
Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused
by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice
around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area.
And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to
tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of
god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental
responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for
intentional acts of harm.
By booking this property you are agreeing to this agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party.
I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all
conditions stated herein.

Beautiful Cabin

Great location with amazing views. This home was everything we were looking for in our stay! We had a hiccup with the bathroom but Abbey was quick to resolve for us. This will definitely be somewhere we return to when we go back to Colorado!

Lovely stay and want to go back!

Overall a super lovely stay - would love to stay here again. Lots of attention to detail (labels on misc food items, access to a smart TV with lots of options) making it feel like a luxurious hotel stay (bath bombs for the deep tub, luggage racks stored in the closet, lots of extra towels), and extremely clean. It was very nicely decorated and so therefore a little less kid friendly - and we hadn't realized how steep the stairs were to the loft - just needed to be very careful and now allow kids unattended.

Luxurious Cabin Stay

This cabin has been designed and made with the finest cabinetry, decor and nature scape. The kitchen was fully stocked, nice towels, and had nice ammenities everywhere. The view of Meeker Mountain from inside the living room was icing on the cake. The cabin was a little hard to find at night because it's in the woods and very dark, but the directions given were very helpful. Location was great if you wanted to be immersed in nature, close to civilization, and not a far drive to Estes Park or RMNP. Highly recommend!!

Mountain Home

The home was beautiful and had lots of charming details. The management was very communicative and even contacted us to give us alternative directions when one of the main roads into the area was closed on our way to the home. The home is situated very close to the Rocky Mountain National Park Wild Basin entrance which was a much quieter part of the park. It made it incredibly easy to do short trips into the park with our young kids. It was also fairly close to Estes Park to access the park. We really enjoyed our stay!

Peace in the pines

We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect retreat after long days of hiking Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was amazing. We’d love to spend many more days here, thank you for having us!

Nicely Renovated Cabin

Enjoyed a few days in the mountains in this nicely renovated cabin. Great view of Mt. Meeker and peaceful get-away location, but close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Great experience with Property Manager who had a minor drain issue fixed on a day that was a national holiday!

Beautiful

This was my family of five's favorite place along our 3-week road trip. It's quiet and secluded up in the mountains with a beautiful view, expertly renovated and decorated, and has everything you need in terms of kitchen and household supplies. The younger kids loved the upstairs loft with skylight (although the stairs are steep so beware!) and the bathrooms even have heated floors. A bear wandered through the first morning we were there and calmly checked the handles on our car - so be sure to lock up! An overall great place to stay and we'd love to come back in the fall or winter (with a 4WD vehicle)!

Amazing Hiden Gem!

This property has incredible views, privacy, and peace and quiet only nature can provide. The cabin is gorgeous, both inside and out, a perfect spot for our vacation! A short drive to Roosevelt National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Estes Park. The house is well-stocked with anything you'll need. Beds are comfortable, living room area has killer views, and the soaker tub was a definite must after a long day of sight-seeing! The cabin was clean and spacious. We'd love to stay here again when we come back to the area!

Private Getaway with Gorgeous Mountain View

We stayed for a couple of nights at Cooper Cabin mainly to attend a wedding at nearby Wild Basin Lodge and wish we had more time to really enjoy the cabin and outdoors. The photos online are accurate, cabin is really cute and the remodel was so well done you'd never guess the age of the property. Very quiet and secluded with a perfect view of Mount Meeker. The house was equipped with all the details you would want from kitchen and laundry supplies, weber grill and patio, streaming on TV, games, good wifi, etc... All appliances, plates, etc in excellent like new condition. Communication was quick and good with rental manager and they made sure we had a pack and play for toddler. Only thing we could have enjoyed more was a hot tub but otherwise this is a really nice property. 6 mins to Wild Basin Lodge for weddings as well as one of the less busy entrances to RMNP.

Annual RMNP hiking

The cabin was adorable with finishes that make you feel spoiled. Heated floors in the bathrooms, steam shower in master with updated finishes all around. Decor was cozy and beautiful. If you don’t mind driving 25min into Estes park, you will pass Lily Lake and Wild basin entrance each day. you will enjoy this out of town, peaceful and cozy cabin with modern amenities. It was perfect!!!

Great cabin in a fantastic location

Stayed at the cabin with some old friends. The cabin was exactly as advertised and in great shape. We would definitely stay here again. The location is great for quickly reaching Rocky Mountain, Estes and Longs Peak. The towns nearby are charming and had everything we could need for a long weekend. I look forward to coming back!

Nice Outdoor Retreat

The cabin is a very nice modern looking cabin but still has that cozy cabin feel. There is ample space for the entire family. Loved that it was close to city facilities while still feeling like you’re out in the wilderness! If you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay in the Rockies, we recommend this cabin! Also, the property managers/ contacts are very nice and helpful, they honestly made this stay that much better. Thanks again, we hope to stay here later in the future.
