Detached house with private pool, barbecue terrace, garden furniture, fireplace lounge.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, citrus press, ...). Sleeping capacity: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 separate beds, sofa. Household linen included washing machine available. Housekeeping on request.

A house with potential, but in need of more careThe house gives the clear impression of being a pure rental property, with very little love or personal attention. Cleaning was average – not spotless, but acceptable.One of the bathrooms had a persistent sewage smell, something we noticed had also been mentioned by previous guests. We contacted the host, who promised to send someone to fix it, but no one ever showed up.The pool was in use but clearly not well-maintained. There was visible algae growth and the water didn’t seem to circulate properly. We were told a pool guy came weekly, but we never saw anyone during our stay.All in all, probably not a house we’d choose again – which is unfortunate, because with just a bit more attention and care, it could become a really great place.

Bien, pero mejorable.

La zona y ubicación perfectas.Comunicación con anfitriòn y con Alex, de diez.No sabíamos que había otra bombona, para el termo de uno de los baños, y no tardó nada en venir y solucionarlo.Hay cosillas por mejorar, sobre todo la limpieza.La ropa de cama, enseres de cocina, vitro, tuvimos que darle una pasada. Echamos de menos, tener más productos de limpieza.Colchones: el de una de las habitaciones de matrimonio, tan hundido que tuvimos que dormir en el sofá, tampoco eran còmodos los de las camas individuales.Lo digo como comentario constructivo.Para mejorar la estancia y el descanso de los huépedes, simplemente.Una familiar,se dedica al turismo vacacional y estaba perpleja. Pero en general, bien, exceptuando éstos pequeños detalles.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was nötig ist. Der Pool ist am heißen Tagen zusätzlich ein absoluter Traum.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Elisette. Elle est une hôtesse charmante et disponible. Maison très proche et très calme avec une belle piscine. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Je recommande vivement !

Erholsame Woche in einem Haus mit Tops und Flops

Insgesamt 3,5 Sterne - es ist ein schönes Haus, das aber leider momentan aus unserer Sicht einige Schwächen aufweist. Plus = 5*: - Pool mit hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln drumrum - schön renovierte Badezimmer - modern eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer - schicke, neue Fußböden - schöner Grundrissaus + viel Platz für Familien - großes, uneinsehbares Grundstück in ruhiger Lage Minus: - stinkender Abfluss im kleineren Bad - Grundreinigung der Küche erforderlich (teilweise schmutzige Schrankfächer, Abtauen von Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach erforderlich) - die Küchenausstattung müsste teilweise erneu- ert bzw. ergänzt werden (keine scharfen Messer und nur 1 Weinglas vorhanden, alte Plastikuten- silien,zusammen gewürfeltes Kaffeegeschirr etc.) - Die Matratzen und das Bettzeug riechen muffig, teilweise sind die Matratzen durchgelegen - das Haus war bei Ankunft nur oberflächlich auf- geräumt und sauber (ein Kleiderschrank war zur Hälfte mit Decken, Kissen und einer Matratze vollgestellt, beim Öffnen kamen uns die Sachen entgegen; der Verschlag mit der guten Wasch- maschine war mit alten Putzutensilien vollge- stellt und schmutzig) - Check-In wurde per Telefon abgewickelt, der für den gleichen Tag angekündigte Besuch von Alex erfolgte die ganze Woche nicht Das mag vielleicht sehr pingelig sein, aber wir haben die Woche davor in einem deutlich günstigerenHaus verbracht, bei dem alles stimmte. Es geht also auch anders!

Great location but 11 days pungent stench and the lack of a solution

Prior to our reservation, we asked specifically about the sewer-problem the previous review told about, owner told us that it was solved. This was not the case. Eleven days in nasty smell in the central bathroom. The local help of Alex was kind and fast, but there was no quick solution possible.The owner offered us 2 extra nights, on which we passed because of our flight (and smell), and asked instead for financial compensation, which she denied. We mentioned smell of gas as well as smell of shortcircuit in the old dishwasher, better safe than sorry, and there were some other minor issues, but this was all labeled as deplorable complaining, the communication with Elisete was very unkind. Therefore, because of the lack of empathy and disservice, we did not enjoy our stay as much as hoped.

Schönes, großes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus in liegt verkehrsgünstig in einer schönen und ruhigen Siedlung in der Nähe von Aljezur. Zur Steilküste mit tollem Blick auf den Atlantik sind es nur 15 Gehminuten. Auch die Ankunft am späten Abend war unproblematisch. Das Haus selber war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, frisch renoviert und hatte zwei schöne, neue Bäder und verfügte mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnraum mit Kamin über ausreichend Platz. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich gut selbst versorgen konnte. Das Highlight war der große Pool & Außenbereich mit vielen Liegen, Sitzmöglichkeiten, großem Tisch und Außenküche mit Grill. Bei einem längerem Aufenthalt kann man seine Wäsche waschen (und auf einer Wäschespinne trocknen). Das Grundstück ist von den Nachbargrundstücken durch eine große Hecke getrennt und nicht einsehbar. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig und man wird nicht durch Hundegebell an der Nachtruhe gestört. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter verlief problemlos und man erhielt schnelle Antworten auf Nachfragen. Wir haben zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen hier verbracht und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus, Pool und Garten waren top und die Einrichtung im Haus ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Check in und Check out waren mega easy! Kommen gern wieder!

Vale da Telha Haus mit Pool

Sehr angenehmes Haus, perfekt für 6 Personen. Check-in problemlos. Sehr ruhige Gegend, obwohl viele Häuser vorhanden sind. Pool gross und tief. Sehr angenehme Gartenmöbel und Liegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Plumbing disaster bad communication

Property as described but smell of sewage terrible from day 1. Toilet leaked day 1 took 3 days to mend as they could not find problem. Toilet and shower room flooded every time someone showered. The kitchen sink blocked and then we could not use dishwasher or sink. So unable to wash up Spent so much time mopping floors and leaks. Communication with owner was awful and also maintenance man too never answered calls. I appreciate that the problem was serious and beyond their control and that they were unable to resolve it whilst we were there but we were not kept up to date with what was going on only when we contacted them. It certainly made our holiday less than relaxing or enjoyable as we had workmen in and out of house. Then gardeners arrived early morning cutting hedges with no one telling they were coming and would be there nearly all day. Hopefully they will sort it out before letting it out again.
