The space
Guest has access to our entire cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment located inside of the prestine community of Bimini Bay. This space accommodates 6 people. The apartment has a master bedroom with a King bed and a master bath and a second bedroom with two double beds. Second full bathroom location in the hallway next to laundry room. We provide shower and beach Towels, linens and basic toilettries . Large patio to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach.
Property has high speed internet, Washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen has plates, cups, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and so much more!
Guest access
Access to entire apartment. Apartment access is done with a keyless entry smart lock. Code will be given 24 hours before check in. All guests are required to check in at the Bimini Bay HOA office located in Fishermans Village. At check in wrist bands will be given that will give you access to Bimini Bay's neighborhood, pool and beach.
Other things to note
Please note that Bimini is a small island in where occasional water and electrical outages may occur. When an outage occurs they are usually resolved within 1-2 hours. If you have any concern please feel free to contact me.
