We had unfortunate issues during our stay to make it very inconvenient and stressful. Leaking dishwasher that caused flooding upon arrival. Lead me to do lots of towel laundry and waste hours of time with maintenance people on two separate days. Turns out the new garbage disposal plug to access dishwasher drainage was not removed. Broken door handle to the sliding glass door. Fridge and freezer both had owners belongings that they asked us to keep in and put to the side. AC in home is controlled by homeowners so it was hot for us especially in the guest bedroom

Bimini at its best

Excellent property to share with friends or family. Beautiful interior and great appliances. Only issue was the A/C is controlled by the owners, something I really hate( to be controlled) I always take care of the places I rent as my owns since I do rent apartments as well. To be clear they set it at a nice comfortable temperature but it was their control and the guess room is a bit hotter than the master. Overall experience was fantastic and the place is great. I’d advice to charge a bit more if needed for electricity expenses but leave the control to the tenants.

Great unit in Bimini

We had a great stay in this unit. It was very comfortable and fully equipped. Property manager quickly responded to any issue or request including extending my stay. Will definitely request this unit for our next trip to Bimini.

Great condo for the holiday weekend

This property is perfect for a weekend getaway with 4-5 guests. The Kitchen was well equipped to make lunches and dinners for a couple of the days. A/c worked well, place was clean and spacious. Back patio was a nice place to chill out after a long day on the boat, even had a little view of the water. *Nothing related to this specific property* but if you rent a golf cart on this island, MAKE SURE YOU LOCK IT UP. We had ours stolen 3 times!!! One of the times was right from outside the condo. Also, I highly recommend renting a golf cart or you will have a long walk from the marina to the condo. Condo pool was amazing, very big and much needed after a long day on the boat. Check In was easy to get the wrist bands but trying to find the condo unit was a little more difficult than expected. We eventually found it after about 10 minutes of looking once we were inside the gated are. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Happy Place

We have stayed in bimini many times and we can honestly say this apartment was the best of all. It was fully equipped and more. You surely felt like you were on island time with all the beautiful decor, which makes the experience even better. Everything was so clean. Perfect location, Perfect sunset right across. We had the best time!! Thank you for making our trip so awesome with a great place to stay! :)

Great Place. No Issues,

Really enjoyed the stay. Joe was always alvailable by phone or text for whatever we needed. AC was cold and water was hot. Very clean. Near the beach. Even had an ocean view. I would definately stay there again.

Great place and location. Better than pics. Like new!!

Stayed here over the July 4th weekend. Absolutely loved it. Check in was easy just needed to go to HOA for wrist bands. Joe communicated with me prior for codes and answered all my questions. When arrived the place was super clean and directions provided for all amenities. Rent a golf cart to maximize your experience while on the island. I used sluggo and Renee. Casino and marina are very close. I never write reviews but this place was so much better than described and the price was fair. Will definitely rent this place again when I am back in Bimini.

Great condo, super clean, very modern and well organized.

Great condo, super clean! Even has a hot/cold water dispenser which is very practical in the Island. Communication with Joe was easy and replies came in very quickly, also he's always a phone call away. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
