Apartment in the center of Alicante, located in the center. Located in a quiet area, but very close to the leisure area, supermarkets, Postiguet beach, Alicante's central market, Bullring and has views of Santa Bárbara Castle.
The apartment is like new, recently built and newly decorated.
It is 600 meters from the port and 7 minutes walk from the Playa del Postiguet.
In the same street you have all the services: supermarkets, market, cafes, shops ...

The apartment overlooks the castle, has two balconies with large windows which make it very bright and sunny, from the balconies you can see the wonderful, and distinguished views of the beautiful city of Alicante.
The apartment is for private and exclusive use of the guest.
It is newly decorated, it has been left ready to be able to have a pleasant stay and to know a beautiful city.
It has two double rooms with wardrobes wardrobes.
The living room has an extendable sofa chaise longue where an additional person can also sleep.

Good location, but can use some improvements

The best part of this apartment is its location to the center, restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. The apartment itself was very basic. It only has one AC unit in the living room which does not reach the rooms. We had to use fans to help circulate air and we arrived during a heat wave. The beds were small and the mattresses were very firm. We didn’t get good sleep. The bathtub leaked water all over the floor making it very slippery. All of the items in the apartment are old-towels, rugs, sheets, pans, etc. The stove didn’t regulate heat and cooking on high heat burned our food. The apartment has potential if they invested in better items to make the stay better for the guests.

Alicante è da vedere . Non solo per il mare,bellissimo nonostante la vicinanza della città ma è anche piacevole passeggiare tra il lungomare, il porto,i tanti viali Non può poi mancare la visita al castello di Santa Barbara .

Cleanliness left a little to be desired. Dust hanging from the stove vent. Very low on dish soap and hand soap in the bathroom. Strong smell of smoke in the apartment when we checked in.

Excellent stay! He even accommodated our last second request to extend our stay an extra night. He also let us check in early. Antonio was very kind and helpful and this is an amazing location!

Logement bien situé

Emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour aller à la plage, au restaurant…proche de tout et très pratique pour un séjour en famille. L’hôte est très sympathique et à réagi très rapidement pour nous aider. Merci beaucoup. A retenir pour d’autres visite à alicante
