Fabulous luxury villa for up to 12 people with beautiful views and heated pool

Stunning luxury villa for up to 12 people with private garden and heated pool (from Sept 2023 onwards) all set within 1000m2 of landscaped gardens. The property, located on a hillside with incredible views over the Guadalhorce valley, is made up of the main house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and a separate 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom annex apartment. This amazing villa is situated only a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

With extensive facilities, including a family sized BBQ, sun beds for the pool and large trampoline which the children will love. It also offers high speed internet, a large LED TV and full air conditioning.

The villa has it own private heated pool and is one of the few villas on the market that offers this luxury. The pool is fitted with a pool heat pump that raises the water temperature between 3 and 5 degrees more than it would normally be at that time of the year.

The house is a 3 minute drive from the the lovely village of Alhaurin de la Torre which has everything you'll need from supermarkets, banks and pharmacies to some great tapas bars and restaurants. It is perfectly located with the beach only a 20 minute drive away, Lauro Golf 5 minutes and a 40 minutes drive to Marbella.

The area has plenty to explore. For family holidays with children, there's Torremolinos water park, a crocodile park and Tivoli theme park all just 15 minutes away. For those wanting to see a bit more of Spain you have the beautiful village of Mijas 20 minutes away and Ronda roughly 1 hour's drive. For those wishing to venture further afield you have Granada, with the famous Alhambra Palace, and the beautiful city of Cordoba both 1 1/4 hours, Gibraltar 1 1/2 hours and Seville 2 hours drive.

An ideal place for a relaxing break with family and friends with the added guarantee of the sun. A week here will just won't be enough!

Mooi verblijf in villa

Wij hebben zeer genoten van deze mooie villa met verwarmd zwembad. Ontvangst was allerhartelijkst. Villa ligt een beetje afgelegen, afstand naar winkels en restaurants toch iets langer dan gedacht, maar dat is maar bijzaak. Verblijf was prima.

Superbe séjour

La résidence est parfaite pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Nous étions 11 et nous avons passé un agréable séjour, il y a de la place pour tous, autant dans la maison qu'à l'extérieur (piscine, coin repas, espace pour relaxer). La maison comprend tous les accessoires pour faire d'excellent repas et répondre aux besoins d'une famille ou d'un groupe d'amis. De plus, on ne le voit pas dans les photos, mais la maison offre une superbe vue sur les montagne de l'Andalousie. Je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent explorer la région.

Perfect week long stay for 2 families

Nine of us had a fantastic week at the house in late June 2023 - two families including 5 teens (ages 16-18). The villa is secluded in the hills with an amazing view of the valley below, but also well situated for easy access to downtown Malaga and local beaches (30 mins) and as a base for day trips to Granada and Cordoba (2 hours). The house is very clean and comfortable with a large kitchen for cooking (we had a private chef come one night), and the pool and terraces are perfect to come home to at the end of a beach day or a road trip. William is an excellent host, resourceful, accommodating, and super responsive. I don’t know if we will ever make it back to Malaga again, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and very highly recommend it.

Fantastic private Villa

Grandparents and two families were staying. We each found plenty of personal space for those quiet moments! Fantasticly equipped with everything we needed. Lots to amuse the grandchildren and adults alike. It suited our preferences however you must have vehicles as even though we all enjoy walking it was too far away (with an uphill treck most of the way) from any shops/restaurants etc to consider this activity in anything other that cooler months. Having said that, we all had a fantastic holiday.

Perfect family villa!

We were 6 adults and 6 kids staying for 2 weeks in the villa, and we all had a wonderful vacation. We found the house well suitable for the number of persons we were. The garden was spacious and had also different levels and areas people could find a private place. The swimmingpol and the ping pong table were popular activeties for all of us. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, with a stunning view. William was a nice host who answered our requests very quickly.

Summer break to Alhaurín de la torre

Booked this villa for a two family getaway and could have quite easily fitted another family in comfortably. The whole place was bigger than the pictures look and immaculate. Would highly recommend this for families. Great lounge area for kids to relax with all the mod cons of your own home. A variety of places to relax outside and a great private pool. Everything is a drive away from the villa so you can’t walk to any cafes or shops, which is my only gripe, but instead you get mountain views and no noise. William and Gordon were great at communicating with us ever since the booking and during our stay. Recommended some great places to eat locally too. Highly recommended and already looking at booking our next trip there!!

Fantastic place to stay with everything you need

We had a very lovely week at this villa at the end of August. The space works perfectly for 3 families (kids ages ranging from 2 to 15) with plenty of seating everywhere and also enough privacy thanks to the number of bathrooms. We found the house had everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped and spacious, and we all loved the pool. The views, by day and by night, are beautiful. Alhaurin de la Torre is well connected by car and we had some great days out to the sea, Malaga, Nerja and Ronda. William was a pleasure to deal with and we hope to return before too long. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
