Fall in love with the countryside in this Majorcan restored house in Algaida, with capacity for 4 people.
Outside you can cool off in the beautiful salt pool measuring 8 x 5 metres and with a depth of 1.10 metres to 1.80 metres. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and garden areas whose green contrasts with the blue of the sky. For lunch or dinner outdoors we can go to the cosy porch with plants and flowers and a comfortable table. From the porch we reach the main entrance. The plot is fenced, there are neighbours nearby and the privacy is total.

The house of 142 m2 is distributed in two floors in a comfortable and rustic style. On the ground floor we access to a comfortable lounge where we can watch satellite TV in the comfortable chaise longue, and in the cold days we can warm up by the fireplace. It communicates with the gas cooker through an archway. It has a dining area, which is fully equipped. On the ground floor you will also find a toilet with washbasin and wc.

On the upper floor there are the bedrooms with double bed. A cot and high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby. A bathroom with bathtub and shower serves the entire floor. A third bathroom with shower can be found outside next to the barbecue. The house has central heating and laundry facilities: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This property is located in Algaida, a village in the Pla de Mallorca but at the same time very close to Palma. In the village you will be able to enjoy a wide gastronomic offer and basic services. Through the M-15 you have easy access to a wide range of beaches and coves such as Can Pastilla, with fine golden sand and a lot of leisure activities.

Pets are not allowed on the property as there is a dog, a cat and chickens.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

The house is fantastic ! We were really well received, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is localed in a quiet place, not so far from Palma (20 minutes), all equipment needed is provided (and more than expected) and the swimming pool is fabulous ! Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Quartier in ruhiger Lage für Tierliebhaber.

Nette Gastgeber, die uns eine süße Überraschung zum Frühstück gebracht haben, sauberes "vintage" Haus, gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool (mildes Salzwasser), superlieber Hund (Luna) und zwei Katzen. Haus ist in absolute ruhiger Lage - Auto empfehlenswert. I did not like: das Wetter ;-)

The house with really big garden, terrace and pool was really great! The hosts were really nice! The house is not far from Palma and Airport! But in a really quiet area of Agaida. We can really recommend it to families and a group of people which like to have a great stay on Mallorca. Being by themselves but can go almost everywhere on the Island within one hour by car or less! Thump up!!!

Mooie fijne Finca.

De huiseigenaar heeft ons hartelijk verwelkomd en legde alles rustig uit. We hebben een geweldige week gehad in Can Fiolet.Fijn huis met alles erop en eraan en een groot zwembad waar we elke dag gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het voelde aan als thuis met de lieve hond Luna .Ze maakte deel uit van ons gezin..De 3 katten die ons geregeld opzochten en de 2 geitjes die gezellig rond liepen op afstand.Heerlijk zo op het platteland.Palma en de stranden zijn op 30.minuten rijden. Algaida is een leuk dorpje.

Diese schöne und ruhig gelegene Finca im traditionell mallorquinischen Stil lädt sehr zum entspannen und verweilen ein. Man ist praktisch komplett allein und kann einfach seine Seele baumeln lassen. Egal ob im Haus, auf der Terrasse oder direkt am Pool. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es befanden sich bereits Wasser und Obst im Kühlschrank als wir ankamen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit gewesen. Auch während unserem Aufenthalt war Julián der perfekte Gastgeber und hat uns alle Fragen super schnell beantwortet. Er kümmert sich jeden Morgen, ohne dass man ihn bemerkt, um das Anwesen. So war immer alles ordentlich und frisch. Nicht selbstverständlich! Luna, ein ganz lieber Hund, bewacht die Finca und lässt gern mit sich kuscheln. Wir haben uns sehr daheim gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir können diese Finca wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Es war kurzum einer der schönsten Urlaube

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen (zwei Paare) vom 8.-15.10.23 zum Urlauben in der Finca "Can Fiolet" und wurden am Anreisetag bereits sehr herzlich vom Vermieter und sogar den Eltern begrüßt. Das alte Bauernhaus befindet sich seit 300 Jahren in Familienbesitz und ist sehr geschmackvoll im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Julian ist stets per whats app erreichbar und steht einem auf Wunsch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Morgens um sieben wird der 40 qm große Pool gereinigt und das schöne Außengelände gepflegt und bewässert. Einmal hatten wir sogar morgens eine Überraschung auf dem großen Frühstückstisch auf der überdachten Veranda zwischen Pool und Wohngebäude. Die gehbehinderte Hündin "Luna" ist auch stets dabei und passt auf das Gelände auf. Dazu gesellen sich noch einige Katzen, die jedoch niemanden stören. Stellplätze für die Autos sind vorhanden. Es war kurzum einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir bisher gemacht haben und wir würden es jederzeit wiederholen.

Fantasktisk hus og pool, men alt for langt fra byen .

Lækkert autentisk spansk hus ude på landet. Huset var velholdt og rent. Værterne gjorde alt for at der var rart at være. Der var intet dårligt om huset, men for os lå det for lang væk fra en by. Teressen var super huggelig. Poolen var god stor og meget ren. Vi var desværre ikke oplyst om, at der boede en hund i huset. Vores børn er bange for hunde. Men vi fandt en løsning som gjorde, at vi fik en god ferie. Men der var ingen hjælp at hente fra Booking.com. Vi have kontakt med Booking 3 gange da vi ankom. De første 2 gange gav de os ret i, at der ikke var nogen information om en hund. Den 3. gang samme dag var informationen pludselig dukket op på Booking.com website. Vi er rigtig utilfredse med Booking. Men ejeren af huset fandt en løsning, som gjorde at vi fik en rigtig god ferie i huset.

Séjour parfait ! maison très propre et accueillante. La literie est confortable. L'équipement est top, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut ! Emplacement calme et reposant. Linge de maison et serviettes de piscine à disposition. La cerise sur le gâteau était Lluna, la chienne adorable et attachante, que nous avons évidemment gardé avec nous durant tout le séjour. Nous conseillons également de louer une voiture, scooter pour se déplacer. La place du village est très agréable et conviviale.

La maison est très bien équipée, très propre nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. l’extérieur est une vraie pépite ! Un petit coin de paradis où il fait bon s’y détendre et cerise sur le gâteau Luna nous a agréablement accompagnée toute la semaine ;-) La communication avec les propriétaires a été plus que parfaite ! Bref à refaire les yeux fermés !

Die Finca Can Fiolet hat unser Herz erobert. Nach etlichen Stunden der Recherche, haben wir uns schlussendlich für diese Finca entschieden. Und was sollen wir sagen, wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. ? Die Kommunikation zur Anreise verlief reibungslos über die Vermittlungsplattform Homerti. Circa 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt, liegt die Finca Can Fiolet in einem kleinen Ort Namens Algaida. In der Finca empfing uns Julian sehr herzlich mit seinen Eltern und dem Haus- und Hofhund Lluna , den wir direkt in unser Herz geschlossen haben. Man sollte wissen, dass Lluna auf dem Gelände der Finca lebt und kann je nach Wunsch bei den Hausbewohnern sein oder den ganzen Tag in ihrem Zwinger verbringen. Wir haben uns entschieden, Lluna jeden Morgen aus ihrem Zwinger zu lassen und hatten sie den ganzen Tag um uns herum. Wir haben selber einen Hund zuhause und deshalb war es für uns selbstverständlich sie um uns herum zu haben. :) Auf dem Gelände leben ebenfalls ein paar Hühner und zwei Katzen. Nun zur Finca: Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt benötigt. Eingerichtet in einem mallorquinischen Stil, fehlt es im Haus an nichts. Es bietet ausreichend Platz und ist im Erdgeschoss angenehm kühl. Im Obergeschoss ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Finca verfügt über eine Top Grundausstattung und vieles mehr (z.B. Gewürze, Spülmittel, Servietten, Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier, Wasserspielzeug, Grillzubehör, Kochzubehör...) Wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein, Wasser und frisches Obst aus dem Garten. Julian kommt jeden Morgen gegen 7 Uhr, um den Pool zu reinigen, die wunderschönen Pflanzen zu bewässern und die Tiere zu füttern. Gesehen haben wir ihn allerdings nie. ?? Der Pool ist mit Salzwasser ausgestattet, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Alles in allem ist diese Finca der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten, seine Ruhe zu haben (Nachbarn haben wir keine gesehen) und den wunderbaren Pool den ganzen Tag zu genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank and Julian und seine Familie für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Die Finca von Julians Familie ist einfach traumhaft. Riesiges Grundstück, alles schön gepflegt, Pool groß & sauber, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne/Schatten, Küche toll ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, Handtücher für Bad & Pool wurden bereitgestellt. Im Kühlschrank waren zur Begrüßung Wein, Wasser, Trauben, Eis. An einem Tag hat uns die Familie eine mallorquinische Spezialität mitgebracht und am andern Morgen haben wir frische Eier von den Hühnern auf dem Grundstück bekommen. Es ist ein Garten Eden mit Zitronen, Zwetschen, Orangen, Aprikosen & Feigen. Die Lage der Finca ist recht abgelegen, d.h. Ein Leihwagen ist essenziell. Der nächste Supermarkt ist circa 10-12 Minuten entfernt. Der nächste Strand ist circa 15 Minuten entfernt. Und in nur 20 Minuten erreicht man das In-Viertel Santa Catalina in Palma. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

This Airbnb is a complete hidden gem! It was the perfect place for a relaxing get away and felt like we were on a movie. We were received with a very warm welcome from the hosts and realized right away that the home is even better than we expected. A lot of attention detail has been put into the space, including a fully functional kitchen with two large refrigerators, comfy beds and fans in the bedrooms, and plenty of towels. There is a grill outside for BBQing, lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool, and the internet works really well! We were also traveling with a 10 month old and they had a very comfy baby bed and high chair for us to use. We highly recommend this private oasis. It is a quick 15 minute drive from the airport and 25 minutes from Palma.

Das fand der Kunde weniger gut: Das Grundstück ist absolut ungepflegt und verkommen. Die Finca hat ein einziges Fenster im Wohnbereich. Der anschließende Ess-/Küchenbereich ist dunkel. Ohne Licht geht gar nichts.

Best memories and very positive review for Can Fiolet

Hello! We had booking 14-21 June in Villa Can Fiolet, Algaida, Mallorca, booking no. 34766. We enjoyed very much the stay there and we want to see very positive feedback. I hope these opinions will arrive also to the owners and will be published in your site about Can Fiolet, please let us know if something about our reviews are published and where. I sent a week ago review to Holidu site, through them we did our first booking and we are also very grateful for you, the travel agencies Vacalia and Homerti and of course, the owners of this great house. Here below review by my sister`s Ester Kangur. And my side I could add, that: We enjoyed very much the stay in Can Fiolet, such a nice place, beautiful old house, very nice garden and surroundings, we had relaxed time in swimming pool, it was a real home-feeling there. It was quiet and peaceful countryside and not far from Palma, airport, the beach, most of sightseeings as Formentor, Drac caves, Sa Calobra, Soller, Marineland, Aqualand el Arenal, etc. The dog and cat were really part of family during our stay and it was sad to leave them. We have best memories and liked the place very much and suggest it everybody, to families and others. It was very friendly welcome by owners and they left in the mornings some surprise to the table, the local bread, eggs, some sweet etc., thank you for hosting us and we remember always that great place, Can Fiolet. We miss the place and the nice time there and hope to be back one day! And by my sister: Ester Kangur from Tallinn, Estonia: “We stayed at villa Can Fiolet, Algaida in 14–21 June 2018. I loved the quietness of the countryside area and the ancient house, which was tastefully renovated with authentic style, had all facilities and lots of space. We really felt like at home. It was good that we had good sleep, there was dark in the rooms, although the sun already shined in sky when we woke up. The dog Lluna and the cat Taca gave us lots of joy during our weekly holiday. They were best friends and we miss them already. The property has also henyard, so we heard cock-a-doodle-doos for a while. There was beautiful garden with lots of flowers and trees. You can just go to the garden and pick up some fresh lemons and plums. The hosted family was kind, friendly and caring. We found some local bread, pies, cakes or eggs (from “our” hens) left to the garden table every morning – it was nice surprise from the family. We all liked the pool very much, especially the children. We enjoyed our staying at Can Fiolet so much that it was a pity to go away. It was sad to say goodbyes to Lluna, Taca and family members.” Once more, thank you very much and we hope to be back one day! Kind regards from Estonia

Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen und toll ausgestattet

Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen und toll ausgestattet. Man ist mit dem Auto in 15 min am Flughafen und in Palma. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr nett und problemlos. Wir vermissen Luna (den Hund) jetzt schon sehr!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf dem Anwesen Can Fiolet! Die Finca ist wirklich ein Traum und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Sie ist sehr traditionell und mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Der Pool lädt zum Abkühlen und ausruhen ein. Der Hund Lluna ließ uns sofort heimisch fühlen! Julian und seine Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war bestens! Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Alles super!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Es war alles wie in der Objektbeschreibung. Die Finca hat eine tolle Zimmeraufteilung. Im EG kombinierter Wohn-/Essbereich mit WC und Abstellkammer und im 1.OG drei Schlafräume mit Bad (Dusche und Wanne). Der Außenbereich ist auf einem idyllisch Grundstück und nicht von der Straße einsehbar. Neben dem Salzwasser Pool ist ein überdachter Essplatz , ein gemauerten Grillplatz und eine weiteres WC mit Dusche. Das Auto konnten wir im Carport auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Die Lage der Finca ist optimal, da alle Ausflugsziele mit keinem zu hohen Zeitaufwand zu erreichen waren. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit gern wieder hier buchen.
