Chestnut, a delightful Three-bedroom cottage situated in the courtyard, beckons with French doors opening onto a patio, a perfect spot for those sun-soaked summer days. What sets Chestnut apart is its ground floor accessibility at the rear, complete with convenient parking just outside, catering to those with limited mobility. This two-story cottage offers a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a dining table to comfortably seat up to six guests. The kitchen is impeccably equipped with high-end appliances, ensuring you want for nothing. This includes an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.

Chestnut’s three bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The ground floor bedroom, Bedroom one, boasts a generous super king-size bed and an en-suite wet room, complete with built-in wardrobe space, a dressing table, and a television. Bedroom two, on the first floor, offers a good-sized room with two single beds, built-in wardrobe space, and a dressing table. Likewise, Bedroom three, another first-floor room, is generously sized with two single beds, along with built-in wardrobe space and a dressing table.

As you step outside the cottage, you’ll find the laundry room conveniently located in the middle of the courtyard, making it perfect for guests staying longer or those simply seeking to leave the laundry behind during their relaxing break. Chestnut is a dog-friendly cottage, ensuring that every member of the family can join in and experience a peaceful countryside retreat. There is a restaurant on-site which offers Wi-Fi.

Will definitely return.

Cleanest, most welcoming, want for nothing in accommodation which was immaculate. Great for kids, loads to do including some small animals, fishing, bit of go-carting round the grounds....just beautiful...lovely restaurant and bar on site, even 2 cockerels with no sense of time ha ha. 😉
