"First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities."

"It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. "This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! "I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. Very happy with our overnight stay, would highly recommend.l"
