However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities."

"Tricky getting in as room code was wrong but very helpful lady on the phone sorted it. Great there is parking and brilliant location. At night I was woken up by a clattering of crockery and we could also hear people talking which seemed to be coming out of bathroom vent which was odd. Amazing air conditioning unit and room space etc was ideal for a couple of nights."

"Beautiful room. Wouldn’t recommend parking as there isn’t anywhere. The location is right near the bus stop and can hear it all night and loud bangs from very early the morning. The bed was comfortable."

"Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and living areas. The garden was just beautiful and we spent a lot of time here. Communications with Jenni were excellent and Angie made us very welcome when we arrived. It was a family get together with a variety of ages and the house was just perfect for us. "Amazing charming cottage perfectly located right in the middle of bourton on the water. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and it was perfect for us. Everything walking distance. The property was wonderful, the sliding door in the kitchen onto the patio and back garden is awesome. Freddie was a great host and would reccomend staying here to anyone that wants an unforgettable Cotswolds vacation !"

"The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us."
