Villa Can Soler is an attractive, traditional country villa set in extensive grounds; private and peaceful with fabulous views, but within easy reach of delightful old Pollensa town.

A gated driveway leads to the long covered terrace with comfy seating areas and tables plus a built-in barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing. Adjacent is a large kidney shaped pool with a conveniently situated shower room.
A door from the terrace leads to the spacious, traditional kitchen with its marble work tops and separate pantry and fitted with fully modern appliances. A further door leads to the charming Mallorcan style lounge/dining room.
A hallway gives access to a double bedroom with ensuite shower, a twin bedded room and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have delightful views over the garden. Portable air-conditioning units are provided.
A flight of stairs leads up to the enormous sun terrace with 360 degree panoramic views of the mountains, countryside and bay. A dining table and chairs is positioned in a shaded area, and there is ample space for loungers. This is a magical place to watch the sun come up over the bay, bask in sunshine during the day, then watch the sun go down over the mountains – all in complete privacy. A separate utility room contains the washing machine and an additional fridge.

The pool is surrounded by a pretty garden full of mature trees, flowering shrubs and many types of palm. A gate leads to the productive vegetable patch, an orchard and a wild area – a perfect place for a picnic. Guests are invited to help themselves to ripe fruit.
