Beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of a private and closed residential complex comprising a range of apartments, surrounded by beautiful and peaceful gardens and communal pool, just 5 minutes walk from the quiet beach of Puerto Alcudia, leisure areas, commercial, and restaurants and is just a few minutes walk through the famous 'Pine Walk' to the restaurants and bars next to the beach, the city center and the commercial port.
It has two bedrooms with double bed, living room with access to a terrace overlooking the pool, kitchen and two bathrooms with shower and one with bath.

Das Objekt ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, macht das aber durch Lage, Ausstattung und Gastfreundlichkeit wieder wett.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern aus der Anzeige. Der Pool ist schön groß und kann jederzeit genutzt werden. Alle anderen „Bewohner“ waren sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Beide Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das größere Bad ist geräumig und hat ein kleines Fenster. Leider ist der Wasserdruck in der Dusche so gering, dass wir nur die Dusche in dem kleinen Bad nutzen konnten. Diese ist allerdings neben der Brause auch mit einer schönen Regendusche ausgestattet. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt! Wir hatten mehr als genug Handtücher, auch für den Pool und den Strand. Draußen steht eine große Terrasse mit Markiese zur Verfügung, eine kleine weitere Terrasse erreicht man durch das große Schlafzimmer. Das große Schlafzimmer hat einen riesigen Schrank und eine Kommode mit ausreichend Platz, auch das kleine Schlafzimmer bietet einen Kleiderschrank. Lage: ruhig, Parkmöglichkeiten, 5 Gehminuten von einem sehr breiten Strand entfernt. Spar, kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist ein Lidl. Die Altstadt und den Hafen erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit dem Linienbus. Was uns nicht gefallen hat:Sauberkeit der Küche (Besteck, Töpfe, etc) und die Betten Kissen waren leider nicht sehr gemütlich. Einzelne (dickere)Decken, größere Kissen und vielleicht neue Matratzen wäre toll. Hier aber keinen Abzug in der Bewertung, da der Preis und alles andere das ausgeglichen hat.

The hosts were good at responding to questions and the pool and location were great. Unfortunately the accommodation was old and tired and not good quality. The apartment smelt musty and damp. Next door had rabbit hutch and there was rabbit poo on floor outside. Lots of dogs too and poo on grass. The back hob did not work. One shower was blocked and showerhead loose and trickle of water came out. Bedsheets smelt bad, we had to wash.

Schöner 10-Tägiger Urlaub

Wir verbrachten 10 wunderbare Tage in dieser Unterkunft in Alcudia, die genau der Beschreibung entsprach. Die fußläufige Nähe zu Strand und Meer war fantastisch. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet; lediglich Salz und Pfeffer fehlten, die wir kauften. Als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt war, wurde uns noch am selben Tag eine neue gebracht. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war super schnell und freundlich. Die Begrüßung mit einem Korb und Zitronen war sehr nett.Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Das Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer quietscht stark, und die Klimaanlagenmotoren direkt am Fenster machten es dort etwas lauter. Der Spiegel im großen Bad war sehr alt und kaputt, was die Nutzung erschwerte.Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel überwiegen die positiven Eindrücke. Die schnelle Kommunikation, die tolle Lage und die gute Ausstattung haben unseren Urlaub sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Lovely Apartment, Quiet in good location

In central location 10 mins to the "canal end" and 20 mins to the port and another 20 mins onto the old town (but easier to catch the bus). Bus stops close by as is a Spar supermarket. Apartment (as good as a bungalow but there was another apartment above this one) was on a small residential block with a small pool. Bed was comfortable and the very small kitchen had everything we needed. TV mainly Spanish/German but we don't tend to watch a lot anyway and wi-fi worked well. Water pressure for shower was a bit low but thats one of the few things I can think on the negative side. Would I stay again - yes I would!

Einfache und sehr gut gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben mit den Kindern 10 Tage hier verbracht. Die Nähe zum Strand ist ein klarer Vorteil und der hauseigene Pool unschlagbar. Die Kinder haben viel Spaß darin gehabt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach gehalten, für jemanden der mit sowas kein Problem hat, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Visit to Port d'Alcudia

As a first visit to Mallorca, this was perfect. The apartment was in a quiet complex, with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. The apartment had all the necessities including AC and internet. Everything was within walking distance and especially the beach which was a 5 minute walk away. Our hosts were very accessible and helpful too. We will definitively be back!

Schöne Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir waren eine Woche dort im Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und für 3 Personen sehr gut geeignet. In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer sind Klimaanlagen, was uns die Nächte gut hat schlafen lassen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Badezimmer. Das eine ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (gerade die Dusche), das andere ist aber nicht vor langer Zeit renoviert worden, von daher war das für uns kein Problem. Wer im Urlaub gerne und viel kocht, sollte sich aber eine andere Wohnung suchen. Die Küche ist sehr klein. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, aber in geringem und einfachen Maße. Für uns hat es gereicht. Der Pool ist direkt vor der Tür und wird wenig von anderen genutzt. Wie in einer vorherigen Bewertung geschrieben, leben in der Anlage auch Mallorquiner mit Hunden, wir haben aber nicht erlebt, dass deren Hinterlassenschaften nicht entfernt wurden. Auch sind die Bewohner sehr nett gegenüber Gästen. Ganz besonders schön ist es, dass die Vermieter wirklich sehr um das Wohl bemüht sind. Man kann alles wichtige per Whatsapp mit ihnen absprechen und wir haben sogar einen Sonnenschirm und Badespielzeug von ihnen geliehen bekommen. Sie sind sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir waren sehr gerne dort!

Hosts and area superb. Unfortunately we had to ask for dishcloths, tea towels etc and there was no information pack as to how to find things in the area or numbers of doctors, taxis etc. Also how to work the cooker and coffee machine. After requesting these things, Paco the owner really quickly came round with them. The bath towels were very thin and poor quality, bit overall we had a good stay.

Super nette Vermieter . Perfekte Lage mit Strand und Pool

Paco und Maria sind super nette Vermieter und sehr bemüht. Haben uns immer Feigen gebracht und strandsachen für Kinder. Einziger minus Punkt keine Spülmaschine.

Apartamento muy bonito y muy buena zona de Alcudia . Es muy tranquilo por lo que te permite descansar bien. La comunicación con los propietarios es excelente y son muy detallistas.100% recomendable. Haría alguna reforma en los baños pero son aceptables.

Unser Aufenthalt

Paco und Maria waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert und die beiden waren sehr hilfsbereit. Leider ist die komplette Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die permanenten Bewohner lassen zum Teil ihre Hunde frei laufen und räumen den Kot nicht weg. Unsere Wohnung war leider feucht und roch sehr modrig. Zudem war sie etwas dreckig, vor allem die Küche. Einige Reparaturen sollten auch dringend erledigt werden.

Peaceful place

A nice apartment to stay . A quiet apartment but close to restaurants en shops. The kitchen is not large but great for preparing a small meal. The beach is close by but a day at the pool is also fine. The owners are friendly en very helpful.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. Nice pool in front of the house and Beach, restaurants and shops all nearby. Homeowners are really friendly and give great service.
