Alcudia apartment

A very clean and well equipped apartment to cater for a self catering holiday stay. Is located a few minutes walk to 2 large supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The main port area is about 15 minutes walk away. Our only disappointment was that the communal pool didn’t have any sun beds and cleanliness wasn’t to a high standard.

Amazing aparment

We loved staying in this apartment so much! It is big enough for two people and cozy at the same time. It is nice decorated, well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, in the living room, etc. It is located in a calm, clean, nice and green area, which is super central at the same time. There are supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, a bus stationrental stores that are nearby. It only takes around 5 minutes to the beach (by walk). We especially loved the terrace. There is a nice view into the green, you see mountains in the background and there is sun in the late afternoon/evening. Everything was clean, the WIFI was super fast (no disruption), there is a new smart TV and a comfy sofa and armchair. We highly recommend this apartment when being in Port d'Alcúdia!

lovely stay at Alcudia. Location was perfect

2 minute walk to a big Lidl and restaurants nearby. About a 15 minute walk to the port where there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. Approx 25 minutes walk to Alcudia old town which is worth the walk as there are more restaurants which serve more traditional Majorcan food. Ample parking if you have a car. We had a problem with the kitchen light and the hairdryer wasn't working, but the owners came out on the same day to fix this so very accommodating. Would recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist in keiner Weise zu empfehlen!!!Begründung:Die Fotos der Möbel im Inserat entsprechen NICHT der Realität!!Die hochwertig aussehenden Möbel in Holzoptik im Wohn- und Esszimmer, so wie die gelben Vorhänge wurden gegen minderwertig aussehende Möbel ausgetauscht. Auch die gelb/weiß gestreifte Markise ist tatsächlich grau. Die Küchenmöbel, besonders die Schubläden rechts, sind sehr verschlissen und riechen unangenehm! Die Silikonabdichtung um das Spülbecken löst sich, fehlt teilweise und ist hinten beim Wasserhahn schwarz. Die Zwischenräume beim Kühlschrank links und rechts am Boden sind sehr stark verschmutzt. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer mit den Schubläden, so wie auch die Küche, vermitteln einen sehr verbrauchten Eindruck! Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft improvisiert eingerichtet.Wäre die Unterkunft mit der tatsächlichen Einrichtung inseriert gewesen, hätten wir sie auf gar keinen Fall gebucht!!!! Für mich ist das "Vortäuschen falscher Tatsachen"!!! Das WLAN funktionierte bei unserer Ankunft auch nicht.Die Agentur konnte mir weder telefonisch noch via WhatsApp weiterhelfen. Ihre Begründung war "dann hat der Besitzer den Router gewechselt und uns nicht informiert"!Erst durch Eigeninitiative habe ich das WLAN zum Laufen gebracht. Bedauerlicherweise habe ich die Zugangsdaten an die Agentur weitergegeben.

Gute Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen

Wir waren im Juli 20 in Alcudia. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt mit der vermietenden Agentur sehr unkompliziert. Gute Betten mit recht fester Matratze, gute Küchenutensilien, z.b. auch beschichtete Pfannen, da hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Terasse mit einem netten Ausblick und man kann in ca. 5 Minuten an Strand sein, ist also zentral und gut gelegen für Ausflüge auch mit dem Mietwagen, Parkplatz war auch immer einer da. Es ist eher ruhig da, aber nicht totenstill, einige Nachbarn mit kleinen bellenden Hunden, aber zum Glück kein Dauergekläffe, zwei etwas größere Straßen in der Nähe mit mäßigem Verkehr, den man auch ab und zu hört. Alles in allem also empfehlenswert. Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist, dass der Wasserdruck der Dusche sehr gering war, gerade wenn man es etwas wärmer möchte. Und die Fotos vom Wohnzimmer wirken deutlich größer als es in real ist, das wäre nicht so schlimm, nur fanden wir es schade, dass anstatt dem L-Sofa, auf dass man sich zu zweit hätte legen können nur ein gerades, schmales Sofa drin stand, auf das man sich nur nebeneinander hocken konnte. Sah auf dem Bild anders aus. Sonst alles gut, Wlan auch top.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung in bester Lage. Es hat uns für unseren Radurlaub an nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine für unsere Sportsachen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe äußerst unkompliziert.

Sympathisches Apartment, sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig weil nicht mitten im Getümmel, aber nicht weit vom Strand und Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. So wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.
