VILLA LINDA PALACE

VILLA LINDA is a very beautiful and luxury area. Boasting a garden, an outdoor pool and sea views it is located in Guia and the Nearest Beach it´s Salgados Beach and Galé Beach. It is 6 Km from Old Town Albufeira.The place is very big, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 big living room, air-conditioned, with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi and also a fully equipped kitchen. The place has a terrace and a very big garden, with private pool, BBQ, table, pool table,table tennis, chairs and lounge chairs.



The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



There’s a cost of 300€ euros to heat the pool .



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
