Fantastic spacious penthouse accommodation with stunning sea views. Peaceful complex with shared pool and tennis courts, 10 mins. Walk to beach and old town. Livingroom with open kitchen and airco, masterbedroom with bathroom, bedroom with bathroom, two terracces. Cable Tv with much UK, German,French and Dutch channels. It is 50 mtr. to the shared swimmingpool. There is a pitch for tenis and football. Enjoy

Appartement très spacieux et agréable. Seul petit bémol : il serait souhaitable d’interdire la réservation des transats avec des serviettes lorsque leurs occupants ne sont pas à la piscine.

A fantastic place to stay! Really well equipped appartment and a great size. The whole complex is so clean and has a lovely relaxed vibe.Great to walk down to the old town.We hired a car- which was great for exploring different beaches and getting to the water parks.We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect home for our stay in Albufeira. We loved this space and found it very comfortable, safe, accessible to everything, and relaxing. Both bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the suggestions for local activities and restaurants left by the host. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The complex was very convenient, with a lovely pool, a bar and snack bar, and the mini-market was a great help. Our communication with the host was always positive and helpful. We all loved it!

Family Vacation

Our family of four found this apartment centrally located and a great place to spend our time in Algarve, Portugal. It is walking distance to old town Albufiera, with shops and restaurants. The resort has a nice pool area for relaxing. The home’s terrace was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day or first thing in the morning. Check in was easy, and the host was easy to contact.

Lovely clean apartment great location

Lovely apartment on a great complex, apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious and clean. Pool area is great nice and quiet and the views of the sea from there are lovely. Little shop and cafe onsite next to the pool which was great and the food was really nice and I can recommend their sangria. Not far from the beach and the old town. I would only suggest one thing and that is to have a hair dryer in each room as sharing one between 4 ladies took a while to Get our hair dry but not a major problem, we will definitely be returning really enjoyed our stay! thank you!

Perfect spot for a family break

Everything you need, great shared pool with very friendly staff working at the on-site mini mart. The property is within a small complex of similar apartments ground floor and first floor, all our neighbours were very friendly. Lovely to sit outside and eat in the evenings on the patio. On a hill which is a nice walk up from town and there are great views over the town and beach which is an advantage being higher up. Highly recommended

Mooi en ruim verblijf

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het is een fijn, mooi en schoon appartement. Alles is aanwezig. Een ventilator is misschien nog wenselijk, maar verder echt TOP. Het strand en Old Town op loop afstand maar terug is het wel berg op lopen, maar dit is overal in Albufeira.

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment exceeded our expectations and the location is perfect. We loved sitting on the terrace before going out in the evening, the pool area is lovely and clean and not too busy. We found it an easy walk to both the old town and marina.

Fabulous week in Portugal

A lovely spacious apartment that is very well equipped, making it home from home. However, whilst this is not a reflection of the owner, the cleanliness of the property should have been better, and a follow up with the cleaning team is needed. I swept and hosed down the outside areas myself, and it was evident that the internal cleaning wasn’t to the best standard. The property layout is great, with split level housing and great sized rooms and the additional benefit of 2 bathrooms. The benefits of a bar/cafe and shop on site are obvious and the pool area was never too crowded. Overall it’s a nice place that needs just a little more effort to make it sparkle. We also ate at the Windmill Restaurant on site - which is a great experience and a definite must!

View from the Top

Very quiet setting on top of the hill within walking distance of the old town. Very well appointed unit although there was a black mold problem in both bedrooms which we took had to care of ourselves. The one heat pump was not adequate to keep the place warm. Explored the small towns in the Algarve as well as a side trip to Seville, Spain.

Lovely property in a great position

Property is in a lovely position on Windmill Hill with beautiful views overlooking the sea. It was lovely sitting on the terrace of the cafeteria in the evening watching the moon coming up. I was a little worried about the walk from the old town up to Windmill Hill after reading some of the comments but as a 78 year old I did it twice every day! Down to the old town for Sangria during the day and down for dinner in the evening. There is a small train which goes down to the old town from stop 4 very regularly but we didn’t use it. If you have any problems in the property best to email the owner direct who replies immediately. We used Yellowfish taxis, booked on line to pick us up from the airport and return. They were very efficient.

Quiet location 10 min from Old Town

The property is situated in a nice area elevated above the old town. It is an easy 10 min walk down to the Oldtown and beach area, but is a bit more strenuous coming back up. Good exercise if you are fit. The complex has a beautiful pool for a late afternoon swim and rest. The apt. was clean and comfortable. Please note that it does not have AC however for us in mid-Sept we didn't need it as it stayed fairly cool with the front/rear windows open allowing a nice cross breeze. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen. We would have rated higher however some smaller amenities were lacking in our opinion. These were - only one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, only 1 set of bath towels per bathroom and no garbage bags in kitchen. We were there for 5 nights and felt these were inadequate for that length of stay. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

The property was beautiful and perfectly located. Everything was in walking distance and the pool was just steps away and the view from the pool area was just spectacular! Communication was great and Bertus was always quick to respond and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Excellentes vacances!!

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Albufiera. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Proche de la plage et de la ville à pied , le logement est dans un endroit très calme .Vous pouvez profiter de la piscine ( il n’y avait d’ailleurs jamais beaucoup de monde , il était facile de trouver des transats ) et du bar restaurant ( le personnel est très sympathique) . Si vous souhaitez profiter de l’ambiance festive de Albufiera, vous aurez le choix entre le taxi et Uber à des prix très abordables Merci à Ingrid et Bertus !!
