Villa Florença is an elegant contemporary villa located in Patroves, Albufeira, just 3 km from the stunning golden sandy beaches. With amazing sea views and a welcoming atmosphere, it is the perfect retreat for a relaxing family or group holiday.



The spacious and bright living room features modern décor with comfortable sofas and a TV, ideal for moments of leisure and togetherness. The space connects seamlessly to the outdoor terrace through large glass doors, allowing easy access to the pool and sunbathing area.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of which are en suite with bathtubs. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals and includes a large dining table where everyone can gather for pleasant moments.



Outside, the heatable pool (additional cost) is the main highlight, surrounded by a relaxing terrace. At the back, an entertainment area with a snooker table, table tennis, and a covered BBQ creates the perfect setting for outdoor meals and group fun.



Villa Florença is just a short drive from restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful beaches of Castelo, São Rafael, and Galé. The centre of Albufeira, with its lively marina and charming old town, is only 10 minutes away.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
