Large Beautiful 3 Bedroom Apartment with Garden / Pool

Welcome to our apartment located in the beautiful village of rural Guia, 4 kilometres / 2.5 miles north of Albufeira in the warm, sunny Algarve. Nestled in the corner of the Quinta dos Alamos complex of apartments and villas, our large beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is just waiting to be discovered…..by you.

We have purposefully designed our apartment to be comfortable and homely – a place to allow you to relax, recharge your batteries, take time out, enjoy the hot sunshine and ultimately have a wonderful value for money holiday. We can comfortably accommodate six adults and children but also have a baby travel cot. Our garden allows you to relax in, the children to play in sunbath in the hot afternoon sunshine. The communal pool is situated on the other side of a wall allowing you to exercise or cool down in.

The mini complex comprises of three blocks of three apartments. Apart from one or two, the majority are occupied by Portuguese residents so is happily a very quiet location.

Guia has a number of local shops, many restaurants and several bars. The large Algarve Shopping Mall is but a 10 minute drive away, containing a very large supermarket, clothing stores, summer shops and a food hall.

The nearest beach is 10 minutes drive away, Zoomarine is virtually the same. There are a number of water parks all within easy reach by car, bus or taxi.

Lovely apartment

The property is very well presented the pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Everything we need to have a relaxing holiday and we basically had the swimming pool to ourselves for the whole time we were there. The apartment is within easy reach of guia which has some amazing restaurants Would highly recommend this apartment

Lovely apartment

Lovely property, plenty space. Close enough to all the attractions by car or taxi. Was clean enough. Only thing I’d have preferred more than one set of towels each for the full weekend. Stayed here as a family of 7.

great all round apartment

lovely apartment, comfortable beds , sofas and armchairs. Garden was very welcome for alfresco dinning and drinking. great kitchen, only used at breakfast but everything was available. nice to have decent parking and location was Ideal. found lots of good restaurants and the local golf club & course was worth the visit. The Owner Leigh was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone Maurice

Superbe !!!!

A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé dans un quartier résidentiel un superbe appartement avec de bonnes prestations et ingrédients de petit déjeuner plus bouteille de vin du pays fournies. Qualité de lit, propreté de l’appartement, jardinet avec barbecue et piscine à côté. Nous avons même pu bénéficiier d’un remplacement de serviettes et autres durant notre semaine de séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location..... Guia est un endroit qui permet de voir divers endroits .

Fabuloso

Adorámos tudo. O apartamento está muito bem equipado e inserido num condomínio muito tranquilo. Tratámos de tudo com o proprietário, o Leigh que desde o primeiro mail sempre se mostrou muito atencioso e disponível. Não tivemos qualquer problema com a reserva e desde o inicio foi nos fornecido o contacto da imobiliária responsável pela gestão do apartamento, Santomero - D. Dinora. Embora sendo apartamento, tivemos limpeza e mudança de lençois e toalhas 3x numa semana. À chegada tínhamos no frigorífico água, vinho, sumo, leite e fruta. É, sem qualquer dúvida, para aqui que voltamos no próximo ano ☺

Isolated.

Cracking weather, lovely apartment, wrong location. It was just too far from town for us really and we needed a car, that I'm not going to get when on holiday when I knock up 40,000 + miles for work a year. 2.5kms to Guia didn't sound a problem but it far too hilly for my In Laws and also myself. And that drive from the gates to the apartment!!!!!!!! The restaurants were not up to much either to be fair. Patrick's bar was fantastic but we only found it Monday and they close Tuesday and we were back last night. The Guia Football Club Bar was the best place for drinks & atmosphere, & the food was good but basic. I didn't go due to ricking my back with the shopping, but Ideal was reported back as not great and a lack of interest in us..... The best food, Patrick's apart, was from the BBQ at home. Never mind, it just wasn't for us I guess.

Great apartment

Great communication with Leigh from our first enquiry and throughout. On arrival we found the property to be bright and airy with everything we needed, very clean and well maintained. The outside area was a plus as it was large enough to feel comfortable with a bbq corner, which we made use of and we ate out on the terrase everyday. The pool area was great as some of our party went in, very large clean pool and well cared for. All the 3 bed rooms are very clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. We ask for a cot the next day and it was put up couple of hours later, great service. The cleaners were very friendly. The only thing we all thinks should change is the kitchen door as it open on the fridge door, not very practical. Thank you, we had a great time and well relax as it was very quiet area I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again if we return to Portugal.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft wurde in unseren 14 Tagen mehrfach sauber gemacht. Ein toller Service, fast wie im Hotel. Die Unterkunft ist für Paare genauso gut geeignet wie für Familien. Es war ein Hcochstuhl wie auch ein Babybett vor Ort. Es empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen, da die nächsten Strände gut 20 Bis 30 Minuten oder Lidl ca 10–15 Minuten entfernt sind. Wasserparks und der Zoo sind ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Nach Sevilla oder Lissabon sind es ca. 2 Stunden mit dem Auto und sehr lohnenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank Leigh!

Excelente!

A casa é ampla e está muito bem equipada (do melhor que temos encontrado ao nível de louça). Tem um jardim magnifico com móveis no exterior. A piscina não sendo grande é suficiente. A localização é muito boa: perto do Zoomarine (objectivo principal da nossa viagem), de praias, restaurante e de um centro comercial. O Leigh é muito eficiente e confiável. Recomendo!

Cliffs Vida Nova Wine tour

The apartment was in a residential area and a car was necessary which we did not have. Taxis were required for most of the journeys (although we walked into Guia quite comfortably), but proved very reasonable as there were six of us in the party. For our short stay the apartment was adequate and clean. The pool was too cold for most of our party to use but would probably prove refreshing in the hotter season. We could not use the safe as it had been left open but in a locked position but we managed without it quite successfully. We did notice a rather annoying design fault with the kitchen door opening towards the fridge so that if you were getting something out of the fridge and someone came into the kitchen there could be a collision of doors!!!!! On a very positive note the garden was a real bonus in the apartment and the rooms suited our party for the short stay and the reason we went to Portugal which was to see Cliff Richards villa, tour the winery, have photos with Sir Cliff and to go on a boat trip around the coast. All of which we thoroughly enjoyed. We found the ideal restaurant in Guia which was named IDEAL where the staff were friendly and prices were good and they even sold Cliff's wine VIDA NOVA.

great family apartment .

Me and my family had a great time at this apartment. Its very spacious and has everything you need and more. The welcome pack was a nice touch and a help . The plastic plates ect were ideal for the kids and we enjoyed the bbq . All in all we had a great time and would happily go back .
