  • Holiday house with private pool, barbecue, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 1km from the beaches of Castelo and Evaristo.

    Casa do Castelo is a single-story, Algarve-style house with a privileged location. It is located in a quiet residential area, just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Castelo and Evaristo, both with quality restaurants. São Rafael beach is just a 2-minute drive away, as are Galé and Salgados.

    This holiday home has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed (and a private bathroom with shower), one triple bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, ideal for a family (this bedroom also has a ensuite private bathroom with shower) and another double bedroom that shares the guest bathroom on the corridor. This bathroom also has a shower.

    There is a large, bright living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, sofa bed, large comfortable sofas and a dining area.

    The kitchen is compact and has a door with direct access to the barbecue area and pool.

    Casa do Castelo is located on a residential street, close to a family-run tapas cafe and some restaurants.

    This house has several private parking spaces (within the fenced property), a garden with lawn areas and a barbecue area with a table and benches.

    The kidney-shaped swimming pool has sun loungers, chairs and a garden table around it.

    This is a great holiday for those looking for good value for money, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the region.

    Reservations are only accepted for guests under 25 years of age if staying with their parents.
    Parties are not allowed.
    Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

    From May 2024, a tourist tax of 2 euros per night per person will be charged, for bookings between May and October, for guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Lovely villa, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The pool and bbq area were great for us and a nice area to spend time! Uber’s were easy and cheap enough to get into the old town, marina and the strip!Would definitely return!

Erholung an der Algarve

Sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Der Garten mit Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung viele nette Lokale, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch kleinere und größere Badestrände.

Fantastic villa

The villa and pool were lovely, nice big garden. Villa was well equipped and nice and spacious. Some great restaurants near by. Took us about 35 minutes to walk to the marina. Great communication from the Cristina the owner. Thanks for a great stay

The perfect family getaway. Brilliantly located, loads of good restaurants within walking distance, Albufeira marina 5 minutes up the road. Quiet area, lovely pool. Frankly, the only criticism is that the pictures don't do it justice! 10/10

Great villa, location, holiday

Clean spacious villa, both inside and outside. Kitchen facilities were good and a lovely welcome touch with providing sunglasses for our three girls. Pool good size and temperature, which was needed as it was very hot when we went. Great location for a number of good restaurants. I would recommend this to others.

Lovely spacious villa, communication was good from Helena. The Villa was spotlessly clean. We stayed for 10 nights and had a clean half way through with new towels and linen change. The location was good we used Ubers a lot to go to the old town, harbour and visited the water park. Helena helped us book a days golf too. If I had to find any fault in anything I’d say the beds are a bit hard (but you can’t please everyone!) Beautiful pool and gardens. The villa has 3 recently refurbished bathrooms. We’ve stayed in a lot of villas over the years and although not the most modern it was great for us! We had a lovely holiday and would return. Thank you for having us!
The local beach was 12 min walk away.

Ein schönes Haus mit großzügigen Räumen. Für 6 Personen ideal. Der Pool war sauber und sorgte für Abkühlung. Für uns war die Lage des Hauses perfekt. Fussläufig zum Strand und ein etwas längerer Spaziergang zum Supermarkt. Wir waren am Tag der Anreise zu früh, Konnten das Haus aber trotzdem schon beziehen. Wir würden wiederkommen!Was sollte der Vermieter trotzdem noch besser machen:Polster für die Poolliegen wären schön. Polster für die harten Steinbänke notwendig. Und es sollten Gartenstühle mit Rückenlehnen zur Verfügung stehen.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the pool. As explained to the Host, the "flappers" at the skimmers were missing (pool man said broken because of people jumping in the pool!) and there was hardly any suction in the skimmer. There were a lot of leaves in the pool during our first week. (Gardener needed to remove dead branches and leaves from trees and bushes - all looked unkempt). When the pool was running leaves would typically float past the skimmer as no suction to draw them in. If one did, when the pool stopped running it would just float back out again! The usual dirt/pollen/dust etc. you typically find on the surface of a pool was never removed because of the total inefficiency of the pool set-up. Very disappointing.The headrests on the main sofa in the lounge were broken which made watching TV extremely uncomfortable. I notified the Host of a protruding nail - pointed end - on the sofa arm, on which fortunately neither of us cut our arms. I told the Host I had covered the nail end with padding and to repair this after we left.Thank you to Helena for providing a teapot. A pizza tray and cutter would have been useful and some SHARP knives. The maid service was excellent and greatly appreciated.

Haus und Grundstück sind einfach toll. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer, die Bäder, das große und elegante Wohnzimmer und natürlich die perfekt und komplett ausgestattete Küche mit direktem Ausgang in den Garten. Ein großer Pool mit Liegen und ausreichend Sitzplätze Im Freien, so daß man immer Schatten findet. Wir hatten 10 wunderbare Tage dort, dazu sehr nahe zu den Stränden. Auto erforderlich.

Tranquilidade

Adoramos passar 7 dias nesta propriedade. A casa é perfeita para uma família e o espaço exterior é fantástico é composto por uma belissima piscina e um jardim muito bonito e espaçoso. A zona onde a propriedade está é calmissima, dava para escutar o som dos passarinhos e estavamos a 5 minutos de carro das praias, dos supermercado e de alguns simpáticos e bons restaurantes. Foram umas férias muito tranquilas e relaxantes! Recomendamos sem dúvida alguma!

Family holiday

A lovely villa with everything you could need. Spacious enough for grandparent to have own en-suite with children and small grandchildren sharing a large bathroom. Garden and pool safe and secure. Nearby beaches excellent. Scoobys nearby was useful for crazy golf and swings for little ones. ( and occasional pink gin) . A quiet area. Cristina and staff very helpful and hot water problem sorted out quickly.

Wonderful Villa near Albufeira

We had a lovely holiday in this villa! Cristiana was very kind an helpful for us. She provided all the needs for our children. We were in this villa with three little children and all that we could wish for was there. From cots to childrens tableware. We enjoyed the time at the pool and the outside area. There are three small beaches on walking distance. Albufeira is close, you can go by car and that takes about 10 minutes. We would definitely recommend this villa!
