The house is spread over two floors. On the first floor, you will find two beautifully decorated double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, one of which offers a lovely sea view. This floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor, there is a cozy and tastefully decorated living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a guest toilet.



The outdoor area is the highlight of the property, offering the perfect space to enjoy al fresco dining and relaxing moments with family and friends. A barbecue is also available for your use.



The property does not have private parking; however, public parking is available on the surrounding streets.
