Failure to comply with the following rules may result in additional charges:

•Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

•Smoking inside the property.

•Presence of guests not included in the booking.

•Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

•Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

•Improper use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

•Breach of check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

•An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left excessively dirty and/or with excessive rubbish on the property.

•Key left in the lock.

•Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
