  • Villa Laguna es una elegante vivienda de 4 dormitorios, perfecta para una estancia confortable en una ubicación privilegiada. Ubicada en la prestigiosa área de São Rafael, cerca de playas, restaurantes y bares, esta propiedad combina comodidad y estilo contemporáneo.



    El espacioso salón y comedor de planta abierta ofrece un ambiente acogedor, ideal para momentos de convivencia.



    En la planta baja, se encuentra un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y baño con ducha, proporcionando comodidad y privacidad a los huéspedes.



    En el primer piso, hay dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno y un dormitorio de matrimonio en suite con bañera. Existe además un baño adicional con bañera, garantizando mayor comodidad para todos.



    La cocina totalmente equipada permite preparar comidas de forma práctica y confortable.



    En la planta inferior, una elegante sala de juegos ofrece entretenimiento con tenis de mesa y mesa de snooker, ideal para momentos de diversión durante la estancia.



    En el exterior, una terraza cubierta con muebles de mimbre da acceso a la piscina climatizable (coste adicional) y a una zona de barbacoa, perfecta para comidas al aire libre y momentos de ocio.



    Villa Laguna está a pocos minutos en coche de Albufeira, incluyendo la marina, la Ciudad Vieja y la famosa avenida con restaurantes, bares, tiendas y vida nocturna. Los campos de golf cercanos hacen de esta propiedad una excelente opción para unas vacaciones relajantes en el Algarve.



    La propiedad está equipada con un moderno sistema de alarma de seguridad. La captación de imágenes es una funcionalidad integrada del sistema de alarma y solo se activa si la alarma está conectada y se acciona en respuesta a una posible intrusión.



    El día de cambio de esta propiedad es el jueves (sin embargo, puede haber flexibilidad en temporada baja).

    Si sus vuelos ya están reservados o si sus fechas son fijas y no coinciden con el día habitual de cambio de la propiedad, le pedimos que nos envíe una solicitud de información antes de realizar la reserva, para confirmar si las fechas pueden ser aceptadas.

    Alquilar un coche no es esencial para su estancia, teniendo en cuenta la ubicación de la propiedad. Aun así, si le interesa, tendremos todo el gusto en ayudarle con la reserva. También podemos organizar traslados, si lo necesita.

We spend a lovely week in the Villa. The place was spotless, with a well equipped kitchen. The pool and BBQ area was lovely to spend time in, perfect for two families with young children. It walking distance to the beach, restaurants and small shops.

We had a beautiful stay, the villa was lovely, clean and in a great location - near restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. It was a quiet location and the kids (and adults) loved the games room and pool.

Great house and location

We loved the house and the outdoor spaces, especially the terrace with the wicker furniture. The heated pool was a highlight for the chilly mornings. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Algarbe restaurant, which is just a short drive away. A perfect spot for a relaxing Algarve holiday!

Perfect for Golfers and Beach Lovers

This villa is in a prime location. We were only a few minutes away from the marina and some excellent golf courses. The en-suite rooms are very comfortable and the whole property feels very contemporary and stylish. We will definitely be booking this villa again next year.

Elegant and Comfortable

The villa is beautiful and very well-equipped. Having a bedroom on the ground floor was very convenient for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which we enjoyed eating outside by the BBQ. The location is very quiet but still close enough to the nightlife in Albufeira.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Laguna. The house is modern, very clean, and the open-plan living area was perfect for our large family. The kids spent most of their time in the games room playing pool and table tennis. Being so close to São Rafael beach was a huge plus!

Excellent property with everything you could want. Pool was cold as it was April even though we paid for it to be heated, but that’s fine. All facilities are there to accommodate everyone’s needs. It 4 in a taxi to the centre or the Marina. We walked a couple of times and it was nice. Beach is a 10 minute walk and well worth it. If you are going during the colder months, get the pool heated.The only thing and this is very very small, there’s no pizza cutter, and our kids love pizza!!

Amazing Stay in São Rafael

Our group of friends had a wonderful time at Villa Laguna. The villa is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the facilities you could wish for. We loved having breakfast outside every morning with a view of the pool. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The proximity to the beach and restaurants made our holiday even better. Highly recommended for familiesgroups looking for a relaxing escape in the Algarve.

Family trip to Portugal

Overall really impressed with the villa and would definitely recommend for any family. The pool was great and the games room in the basement was fantastic. Bedrooms all great and good space. The location was really lovely.

Myself and some close friends & family stayed for a long weekend here and it was absolutely incredible, the place is amazing!! And really is in such a good location. We loved the games room as it was nice and cool after a hot day with the air con!! We would love to come back one day, we all really had the best time and enjoyed the villa in beautiful Portugal. Thank you for having us Olivia.

Perfect Villa for a Family Holiday

We had an amazing stay at Villa Laguna. The location is excellent, just a short walk to São Rafael Beach and local restaurants. The villa is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our kids loved the games room, and we spent most evenings by the BBQ and pool area. The house was spotless and very comfortable for our group of nine. We would definitely love to come back next summer.

Beautiful Villa with Great Amenities

Villa Laguna exceeded all our expectations. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos, with stylish interiors and a fantastic outdoor space. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we appreciated being able to heat the pool since we visited in spring. The games room was a huge bonus for the kids and adults alike. The location is quiet yet close to Albufeira’s old town and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great Albufeira Stay

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, and all the essential amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to beautiful local beaches and charming restaurants. Having our own private pool was a wonderful perk, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. With a family of six, we found the space to be more than ample, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The game room was a fun bonus that added to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Lovely villa but with a few extras would be excellent

The Villa was lovely, spacious, well equipped. The location was peaceful but within a short drive of the main town. The swimming pool and gardens were excellent. Just a couple of suggestions, some basic cleaning supplies would be appreciated and would enable guests to keep the property clean and tidy. More than 1 toilet roll per toilet isn’t that expensive and the guests would appreciate it I’m sure. Heating the pool is charged at a weekly cost even if you don’t heat it for the full week, this was disappointing and expensive. We did have a lovely stay but changing these little things would have made for a perfect stay.

Time Together

It was everything we needed to relax, recharge and have a great time getting together with plenty of room in and around the villa. We booked for nine and there was definitely enough space for us all- sadly only 8 sun beds. Lovely little beaches within walking distance, shops and sports bar at the end of the road. Shop lacked fresh salad type foods. So we did get an uba to Aldi for €8 and managed to get a big shop in to enable us to bring the cost down and get a better variety of food. It was great that a rep came out to the villa however it would have been helpful to have a welcome folder in the villa with local information and top tips. Would return, everyone had a lovely time.

Fabulous, spacious, spotless modern villa finished to a very high standard. Superb.

A glorious week with our family of 6 plus our 9 month old grandson. The pictures online don’t do the villa justice. It is huge and has loads of space for 8 people, let alone our 6 adults and a baby with a spare room we didn’t need. Beautiful grounds, 3 x dining tables 2 inside and one outside for dining, 2 living room areas 3 balconies and loads of space, sun beds and parasols. All appliances are Zanussi and everything works, with the added bonuses of every single window and French door having electric shutters for both security and sunshade during the day, with video entrance and alarm too, 5 star property, really good Wi-Fi and Meo Sky on the televisions too. Pool heating and even an electric sunshade if you need for the alfresco dining table next to the built in barbecue next to the pool. Great service from Carlos in a really good, quiet dead end street, 100yds from Seasons sports bar and a 15 minute walk to the lovely new marina. We are already looking at next year! Very Pleasant Stay

The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Shower towels and beach towels are provided so you needn't pack any. The pool was a little cold on day one and we paid to have it heated so by day 2 it was fine. There is plenty of spare bedding and pillows. The games room was lots of fun with a pool table and table tennis. Check in Process was seamless - there is a key pad outside the villa and management will let you know the code ahead of your arrival. We had a welcome visit the morning after we arrived who was lovely and had a wealth of knowledge about the villa and the area itself. We had her phone number and she was extremely responsive if we needed to make contact. Location - it's a 10-12 min walk to a small beach which has a beach bar. Lidl is around 10 mins in a car but Ubers are reliable and reasonably priced. There are a handful of restaurants within very close walking distance. Or you can go to the Marina for more restaurants which is around a 30 min walk. All food is amazing! The main town of Albufeira was 10-12 mins in a taxi. There are quite a few hills to contend with and one of our party struggles walking long distances but she coped pretty well so its not totally unbearable. The outside space is lovely - 8 sun loungers around the pool, lots of other seating and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The villa also has a security alarm. In summary, we had a wonderful time and I would 100% recommend this villa.

Excellent stay

The contact with Olivia was great, right from the initial booking enquiry. The property was ideally located, about 35 mins drive from Faro airport, and was very easy to find. It took a phone call to work out the sliding door to gain entry for the car worked via remote control which was in the house, but was easily sorted. Very clean and comfortable house, with everything you could need. It was very spacious. We had the pool heated, which was definitely worth it in October. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the gorgeous beaches, and the marina in Albufeira, where there were more restaurants and bars. We hired a car, but won't bother next time as everything was so close. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic villa

As a family of 5 we spent a week here and were very impressed. The villa is larger than the photos suggest, very spacious in all of the rooms. The pool area is great and you can easily spend a whole day catching the sun. Location wise, a beach is 10 minutes walk away and it’s only a 10-15 minute drive into Albufeira Old Town. I must mention having not been to the Old Town for 14 years I was surprised at how tacky it is now. The villa on the other hand is in a quiet residential area and is much better in my opinion. We used Uber a couple of times to get around which was quick and efficient however there are numerous restaurants within walking distance and the ones we went to all served really good food. There is also a family friendly sports bar about 30 seconds from the villa which also has live music, good food and well priced beer. I would highly recommend this villa.
