This T2 is located in the popular Parque da Corcovada complex in Albufeira. The apartment is on the 1st floor well decorated, nice and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. It has 1 double bedroom en suite, 1 bedroom with twin beds with separate bathroom, kitchen and a large lounge/dinning area with a sofa bed if required.

The lounge has the benefit of a balcony where you can enjoy the beauty of the landscaped gardens and the fully enclosed swimming pools with access only to guests that benefit from 24h security in the complex.

The apartment has air conditioning, wi-fi and parking outside and inside the garage. There is a playground and a mini golf course in the club house.

The famous "STRIP", with all the bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, etc. is just a 10-minute walk away. Also at 15 and 25 minutes, you have to choose 2 beautiful golden sand beaches, St. Eulália or Praia da Oura, where you can enjoy a lunch, coffee or snack outdoors on the beautiful promenade with restaurants and cafes.

Albufeira is the most popular tourist destination in the Algarve, this apartment is in the middle of everything. Sunbathe on the beach, play in the private pool, enjoy the food in the local restaurants or have fun until sunrise in the night bars.

Ideal for couples or families wishing to be close to everything and enjoy the benefits of a private luxury complex without the need for a car.

The tourist train makes a circular route every 20 minutes from the Strip, Oura Beach, Old Town, Fisherman s Beach and the Albufeira Shops. For only € 4.50, you can get a daily ticket and get in and out whenever you want.

Close to several attractions such as the Zoomarine, Slide and Splash that will keep the kids entertained, for golf lovers the Algarve has the best courses in Europe and for those who want to have fun the night away, I have Kiss Discotheques, Liberto s Bar and many others .

Lovely apartment in an ideal position

We have just spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment in a great complex. The check in process was ideal. The apartment had everytime that we needed and overlooks the pool and very well maintained gardens. Although it is quiet, we were only a 5 minute walk to Aldi and 8 minute walk to the Strip with all the bars and restaurants. Easy drive to the waterparks, Zoomarine and beaches. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment in good location

Excellent apartment complex, good location, good pool (that was never too busy). Ideal for younger ones wanting to party at the New Town Strip. And not too far from the Old Town for the older ones in the group. Would definitely recommend.

A Wonderful Home away From Home

Ana’s place was perfect for the 4 of us! Beautiful location; good parking, manicured grounds, close to grocery store and many great places to eat and explore. The check in was fantastic and communication was also quick and helpful. Well worth visiting!

For the kids

We booked this property to be close to the strip. Not my idea but my daughter is 18 and her 17 year old friend wanted a party holiday. So it was just to be close. The property is well laid out and comfortable. Bit noisy on the balcony in the evening as there is a play area directly across. Not unmanageable. Shops and restaurants are all near by and I suggest a visit to "SEXYMEAT", good steaks!

Stayed for 10 nights in this apartment. Excellent property.

We stayed here as a family of 5. We stay in corcovada apartments regularly and this has to be the best one yet. Very spacious. Big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and large living/dining area. Great communication between us and the owner, and Pauline who was looking after us while we were there. Enjoyed every minute of it, and would definitely be back again in the future.

Very Nice Apartment

This apartment and the complex it's on are lovely. Well situated on the first floor overlooking the pool and gardens. Corcovada is close enough to the strip to be easily accessible as it's only a 10 minute stroll but far enough away to be nice and peaceful. There is a Aldi across the road for those that want to self cater but the restaurants and bars are in easy reach on foot. Very well maintained apartment, pool and gardens with plenty of sunbeds. My only criticism would be they chose to clean the pool one morning which meant no access to the pool for quite some time when it could have been done later in the day when it was quieter. Would I return, yes. Would I recommend it to others looking to holiday in Albufeira, yes. Overall a very enjoyable week at Corcovada.

Air conditioning not working when we arrived(11pm). Reported next day but no one available to visit as the maintenance guy was extremely busy, and that weekend was a National Holiday. We struggled, particularly at night, but other than that, the property was superb, well equipped, quiet and 10 yards from a large pool.

Lovely clean and central apartment

The apartment was amazing and overlooking the pool it set the mood. Very relaxing and walking distance to everything even the strip with all the bars and restaurants is only 10 minute walk. What a lovely holiday and the weather was great. Will be back again for sure. Thank you for all the help from start to end was flawless.

16 August to 4 September Myself and my husband and 2 teenage daughter s stayed in block 40 1f in Corcovado for 3 wks .we found our stay very relaxing.our apartment was spotless and had everything we required for our stay .we were within walking distance of the new town and also ate in some lovely restaurants reasonably priced when feeding a family of four .a taxi to old town is approximately €5 and it’s definitely worth paying a visit.josephine and Andrew bickerstaffe.ireland

This is a great apartment. We found it to be spacious, clean and a nice location on the first floor overlooking the pool and gardens. The complex is very well maintained, managed and safe. Family oriented but not over crowded. Ana and Pauline were superb. For us it was the little touches that makes a difference for example, Pauline being there on arrival, providing swimming towels, some dishwasher tablets, bottle of water etc and the cleaner popped in and refreshed towels and cleaned part way through our week. The apartment is circa 10 min walk to 'The Strip' so not too far away from the busy area but far enough out to be away from it. We hope to return next year.
