Among the accommodation options, you will find two rooms with 2 single beds, one room with a single bed, and two rooms with double beds, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort. Additionally, the villa has three well-equipped bathrooms and an additional bathroom in the outdoor area for added convenience.

The spacious living room, with a cozy fireplace and a large modern TV, is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, is ideal for a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet meal. Important: In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and submit the information to the authorities. For this reason, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the visitors’ details.



A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount will be automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after departure, provided that no damage or issues are detected in the property.
