Charming trullo with private garden situated near the city center

While being in a quiet zone, the olive tree trullo is situated in Alberobello right near the city centre (it is 5 minutes walk from the city centre) and near the trulli area called « Aia piccola » (1 minute by foot). Rare thing in Alberobello, the trullo has its own garden with an old olive tree.
The house consists of a trullo (living room and bedroom) and of a recent part including the bathroom and the kitchen. From the kitchen, access to terrace and private garden with its olive tree.
Sleeping accommodation: double bed and sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom is situated on the mezzanine floor in the conical roof of the trullo.

Nice, quiet, well-located trullo

Trullo was very well done. Veronique is very nice. There is a little room for improvement—a microwave and a stepstool (I couldn’t reach some of the things) would be nice. If you stay, we aware that you need to connect to two different WiFi networks (we weren’t told but figured it out). A lot of keys to deal with. The area is quiet because it’s not within the main trulli clusters, but it is very close. Also, there is a wonderful Centro Storico area that we discovered on our own.

Tolle ruhige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Absolut zu empfehlen. Véronique hat uns einen schnellen und einfachen Check In ermöglicht. Das Trullo mit eigenem kleinen Garten ist wirklich sehr schön. Groß, gepflegt und ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Parken kann man kostenlos direkt an der Straße. Das Trullo liegt in 2. Reihe, etwas versteckt und daher ist es dort herrlich ruhig. Dennoch liegt es sehr zentral und man kann alles wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden.Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Trullo stay

Very unique stay in a Trullo. Great location in a quiet area. Really enjoyed the back patio. Nicely decorated. Host got us a contact for a local driver. Very much appreciated. Two keyed gate entries to get to Trullo front door. Many rules for garbage and recycling. Our drivers were able to drop off and pick up right outside the Trullo. You will love Alberobello!

Our stay was enjoyable .

Even though are stay was enjoyable we can suggest certain things can be reviewed . Previous tenants before us may have washed dishes , the must’ve been dry washed . We had to wash the dishes before use , the owner could check this before new tenants arrive . Electrical plugs need securing , when you pull out the whole plate comes with it . From the kitchen there is a beautiful sliding door , when you have it open a beautiful breeze comes in . However when that door is open the mosquitoes come in as well . A screen door would be a good addition. With the environment continuing to have higher temperature the screen door would be good . An air conditioner would be greatly appreciated , one particular day the temperature was 39 degrees !

Warme nachten

Woning op zich prima maar voor ons te warm. De slaapkamer is op het zoldertje in de Trulli waar je via een steile trap naar toe moet. Wordt erg warm op dat zoldertje. Zeker als het buiten boven de 25 graden is. Er is geen airco en slechts een minuscuul raampje in het dak. Advies: doe het bed beneden in de Trulli en de slaapbank op het zoldertje. Je hebt dan beneden meer ruimte rond je bed en stahoogte en je kunt ook vanuit bed tv kijken. En het is koeler beneden en je kunt het daar beter doorluchten. Zet er dan nog twee extra niet doorgezakte stoeltjes bij (die andere twee zijn doorgezakt) en je hebt een beter leefbaar huisje. Huisje ligt centraal en heeft een klein tuintje. Je kunt het dorpje goed lopend bereiken. Ontvangst kwam bij ons nogal gestressed over.

Wonderful Trullo gives you the Alberobello Experience

Veronique's Trullo is beautiful, well-appointed and quiet. You'll have a private garden with a beautiful olive tree, a well stocked kitchen and you'll be so close to the Trulli district, shops and plaza. Veronique was very responsive and flexible with us. We had a wonderful stay. Wish it could have been longer. We'd definitely go back again and stay at Veronique's!

Excellent position and accommodation

5 minute stroll into the centre of Alberobello with its good range of restaurants and bars. The property was clean and tidy and Veronique met us when we arrived. One problem we had on our first evening was quickly dealt with. As a base for exploring Puglia l would highly recommend it.

Schönes Haus mit kleinem Gärtchen

Schöne Wohnung mit überdachter Terrasse und kleinem Rasen, in dem ein großer Olivenbaum Schatten spendet. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe am Zentrum, alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Leider waren Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche nicht so sauber, wie wir es von zu Hause gewohnt sind, da hatte der Vormieter wohl weniger Wert drauf gelegt, Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Ideal fo a couple

This was a nice experience in a Trullo that is tucked away and not visible from the road. Parking was not a problem for us. Although parking is an advertised feature on the page there is not a designated spot, however we were always able to park free of charge in the same street. The property was comfortable, but you do need to be quite good with stairs to get to the bedroom. The garden is quite secluded and peaceful - the olive tree in there is lovely and seems to be owned by a small lizard who watched us eat breakfast every day. Location is fantastic for a quick stroll into Alberobello although just far enough to be extremely quiet at night. For English guests, beware that there are pretty much only news channels on the TV, not that most holiday-makers are there for TV watching! If we were going back to Alberobello we wouldn't to hesitate to stay in this property again.

The property was very clean and tidy. Shower was initially poor and the bedroom too hot to sleep in.

The property was very clean with good facilities and an excellent location. The shower was initially unacceptable as we had to shower with a slow trickle of water, we had to make two reports to the owner before this was rectified but unfortunately we felt that our comments were not received favourably. The bedroom was too hot to sleep in and the bed had a plastic/ rubber cover on the mattress which made it even more unbearable. We paid a cleaning charge for our 3 night stay but we were requested by means of a typed and framed note, left in the kitchen area, to place all used bedding and towels in the laundry basket and wash all crockery before leaving! The owner made us feel slightly uncomfortable almost as soon as we arrived.

Esperienza da ripetere... Il trullo è bellissimo, ben organizzato con spazi luminosi e arieggiati. Belli gli spazi esterni, sia l'ampio terrazzo che c'è all'ingresso sia il piccolo giardinetto dove vi sono un tavolo attrezzato per quattro persone e delle sdraio. Complimenti per la pulizia e per il buon gusto. Veronique, la proprietaria, è stata disponibile a fornire informazioni e si è prodigata per rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Ancora grazie.

Prachtig huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien!

Mooi gemoderniseerde trolie, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf al daar en ook genoten van Alberobello! Het is allemaal erg apart! Veronique was erg behulpzaam en heeft ons het een en ander uitgelegd! Ook id de omgeving prachtig en een uitstapje naarbv Monopoli is zeer de moeite waard!
