"This is a great little apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The host got back to us quickly. The neighborhood is a little questionable, but the neighbors are kind. There is an issue with the shower. It is either scalding hot, or ice cold. There is no in-between. We let the host know so I hope this gets fixed. Overall, I think this is a great place and I would recommend others to stay as long as the shower gets fixed."

"My brother and I really enjoyed fishing from the dock. The last night there was a thunderstorm that presented a lightning show over the water. It was nice having a big porch to sit outside and enjoy the view."

"We had to have a place for a night. All rooms were booked because of graduation. This place was a jewel. Nice and very accommodating owners. Very very clean. Precious little cottage style guest house. Won’t even look for a hotel next time. I know to rebook here. Definitely recommend this place."

"This was absolutely wonderful. I was so sad to leave this morning and we only had an overnight stay but it was amazing, peaceful, suuuuuper comfy and a cottage feel dream. I’m already trying to think of excuses to come back to the area and stay longer. Farmland, open spaces, chickens, dogs cats horses and Ahhhhhhhhhh. If you need some secluded time away or just a change of pace Melanie’s property is it!"
