Each villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a refreshing private pool, all in a peaceful and relaxing setting, in an elegant minority style and with modern architecture. Spend an unforgettable holiday in a fully equipped environment, with elegant and designer furniture. Our Finesse villas are located on the top of the Torre Soli hill and offer stunning views of the picturesque Menorcan countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. These spacious, two-story villas can accommodate up to 6 guests and provide comfort and privacy. Inside each villa there is a spacious living room furnished with rustic cherry wood furniture, equipped with a SMART TV and Wi-Fi connection. The fully equipped kitchen and the cozy dining room with a simple glass table and modern chairs will make every evening special. Relax in the master suite on the upper floor with a private terrace, decorated in Mediterranean colors with modern accents. Enjoy the comfort of a large bed, a wardrobe and a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is a second bedroom, decorated in white shades that exude energy and personality. The apartment has a fully equipped private bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The third bedroom is decorated in white with orange and green accents and is an ideal choice for younger children. Additionally, the villa has a second, fully equipped bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The exterior is simply spectacular. The spacious covered terrace with a large table and comfortable armchairs is the perfect place for unforgettable meals and sunsets. The 40 square meter private pool with jacuzzi becomes a meeting place and family fun. Relax on the sun loungers or sit under an umbrella and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. In addition to the pool and covered terrace, you have access to a beautiful built-in barbecue. The extensive garden surrounding the house with a lawn, flowers, native shrubs and cypresses creates an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION

-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.

-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.

-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.

-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.

-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.

-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.

-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.

-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.

Ok but not special

The villa wasn’t the one advertised, several things weren’t working, jacuzzi in pool, jacuzzi in upstairs bath, shower wouldn’t drain in bed 2, shower had no pressure in bed 1 and horrible smelling drain in kitchen. Little things but for the price we paid I’d expect these to be ironed out. The pool was nice and kitchen well equipped.
