Casa Amarillo is a beautiful three-bedroom, two bathroom Mediterranean style villa, built all on one level and located close to Son Bou beach and resort centre. The villa benefits from an air-conditioned lounge and Master bedroom and enjoys private off road parking.



From the drive, a ramp leads to the poolside terrace where you access the villa’s interior.



The spacious air-conditioned lounge area is light and airy, with sofa, chairs, bookcase, TV unit with Satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. The villa also benefits from Wi-Fi internet access. From the lounge area an archway leads through to the dining area with circular wooden table and chairs. Also, from the lounge area, patio doors lead out onto the covered terrace with lovely sea views out across the beach of Son Bou. On the terrace is a brick-built BBQ making it an ideal area for outdoor dining.



Off the lounge is the small, but compact, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The villa also benefits from a washing machine.



The villa has three bedrooms. The larger master bedroom has a double bed, bedside chests, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also an en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms are both twin bedrooms with fans. These two bedrooms share another separate bathroom.



Externally the villa comes into its own. Set in mature gardens with Mediterranean plants, shrubs and a small lawned area, the villa has a lovely private 8m x 6m swimming pool with integral step and ladder access. There are ample sunbeds, parasols and outdoor furniture -dining table and chairs. Four steps lead up to the delightful covered terrace with BBQ, offering a welcome escape from the heat of the midday sun.



Ideally located close to the beach and commercial centre of Son Bou, Casa Amarillo offers comfortable accommodation and a great poolside area and is ideal for those also looking to be close to the beach and have facilities close by. There are three supermarkets a few minutes’ walk away, offering a very good selection of produce for a self-catering holiday. The resort has many bars, restaurants, two bakeries and a chemist.
