From the living room/kitchen, you can access the large terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, and an outdoor sofa, allowing you to dine al fresco.

The 20-square-meter garage is located in the building’s basement and is secured by an automated gate. The apartment is on the first floor, and there is an elevator that goes all the way down to the garages.
