Nightmare, unacceptable
"No one when I arrived at the hostel it’s was 10 pm I tried to contact the owner he answer 45 min later and tell he was very sorry because it was Ramadan and that I couldn’t come. So I have to drive by night 3 hours to find a new place. So I haven’t spend my night I hope I won’t be charge for that!!! ..."

"Bathroom smells bad all the time , singer at night so annoying, not enough towels only 2 , breakfast not the best juice hot not cold there is flies inside bread cabinet, but not that bad breakfast but they can do better, my advice don’t go to the Falls area if there is people there because they will ..."

"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 ..."
