As you enter, the grand staircase and original woodwork greet you in the foyer, setting the tone for the entire home. The expansive living room boasts an original marble fireplace, soaring ceilings, and an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Through the original pocket doors, you'll find the elegant dining room, complete with built-in cabinetry, a large dining table, and a bar cart—ideal for hosting memorable gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to effortlessly prepare homemade meals.
The main floor also offers two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom featuring an original clawfoot tub. The first bedroom includes a full trundle bed with a twin underneath, and a desk, perfect for those who need a quiet workspace. The second bedroom features a queen bed, another original marble fireplace, and ample closet space.
Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom is highlighted by a stunning king bed, a large armoire, an original marble fireplace, and a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a charming nook, perfect for reading or enjoying a morning coffee.
The 2nd-floor bathroom operates as a bathtub only; the shower is non-functional. However, there are two other fully operational showers in the house for guest use.
