The Space:

The spacious deck offers comfortable outdoor seating and a luxurious hot tub with scenic views. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the propane BBQ grill. This home is perfectly suited for your family adventure to Yosemite! We provide a starter supply of coffee and tea to make your stay more enjoyable.
Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found.
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times
*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed
Guest Access:
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so EVERY PERSON on the property (including children and infants*) at any time must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 11.
*Please do not try to open locked doors on the property.
*The garage is not included in the rental.
*Please note that according to the size of your party, certain rooms will be locked and inaccessible.
* Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires or closures to the national park.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the tranquility of our rural mountain neighborhood, a peaceful haven perfect for a relaxing getaway. Embrace the serenity of the surroundings, ideal for unwinding and connecting with nature. Please be mindful of our neighbors and respect their privacy during your stay. A gentle reminder: the pond is not part of the property, so please refrain from visiting it. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.
Getting Around:
You will need a car.
Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.
Other Things to Note:
While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.
The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.
Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.
Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.
Pets must not be left in the home unattended or pet deposit will be forfeit.
PLEASE NOTE: We have service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations for the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.
Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
Interaction with Guests:
We are always quick to respond via the message function on the booking platform. We live nearby, so if the need arises we are generally able to take care of any issues during your stay.
