Service was excellent.Very helpful when asking for amenities. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Grand Palace Hotel Butuan
The hotel needs to invest in cockroach bait so I need not kill the small ones. Hot water was available after request. Couch was hard, bed was good, tv is large, aircon was strong, and breakfast was good. Nice stay for Butuan and inexpensive. Great all you can eat on the corner.

Diodeth's Apartments
Property is down a small muddy dirt road and is at a different place than what's listed on the website. The TV wasn't working our entire stay despite numerous calls and messages. We also had a few water leaks so we had no running water for 12 or more hours.
