Unique & stunning property for 2. Large private infinity pool. Stunning position

A beautiful and newly renovated open plan apartment, including sitting room, ensuite and new kitchen, all built on the lower ground of the main property. It overlooks its own large private infinity pool, with the option of heating on request at an extra daily charge.

Spacious private terraces with lots of seating areas and perhaps one of the most spectacular views in Crete, stretching across the bay, towards the mountains and to Agios Nikolaus to the right. The apartment provides luxury items for your enjoyment such as Krups coffee machine, microwave, bath robes, luxury bed linens and towels including pool towels and hairdryer. A small welcome package is provided on arrival.

The property is situated just 3 kms from the pretty town of Agios Nikolaus with its shops, marina, cafes, bars, superb restaurants and night life. To the right of the property you can explore Elounda, just 3 kms away with Plaka, and the island of Spinalonga a few more kms down the coast. The latter, the former Leper colony island featured in the book by Victoria Hislop.

There are ample beaches within a few kms, some providing water skiing, jet skis etc. Nearest beach blue flag beach is Havania, just 2 mins drive or 20 mins by foot.

The views from the apartment are utterly stunning, both day and night - with twinkling evening lights of Agios Nikolaus just far enough to enjoy without disturbance. The bay of Mirabello stretches out in front with the mountains as a back drop. We have incredible sunsets here.

There is also an excellent restaurant in walking distance which offers delicious food, fine wines, cocktails and incredible views, plus a little rustic taverna.

The private pool has a salt cleaning system, with the option of heating at an extra daily charge. The pool provides a good size for length swimming.

We recommend a car for your stay, and the owner can organise this with a local car hire company with best rates, and a free car escort from Heraklion airport which is approximately 45/50 minutes away. There is private parking at the premises.

What a lovely apartment with an amazing view overlooking a fabulous private infinity pool and Mirabello bay with Crete mountains beyond. We loved our week here - the apartment is perfect for two - it is very tastefully done, very clean and the property owner is super helpful with many good recommendations for places to explore and visit.

Beautiful Apartment with great pool and fantastic views

Five star stay in beautifully decorated apartment with fantastic views and lovely pool in great location but best of all is the owner Jules she’s a gem. Quick response to any queries, gave us excellent recommendations of where to eat and best places to visit. Her welcome pack is brilliant and numerous little extras in the apartment such as toiletries, herbs and spices in the kitchen and plenty of utensils and gorgeous tableware. She’s so welconing a true gem we’re counting down the days until we return to this beautiful apartment and see Jules again. Not forgetting Buddy the dog, I’ll miss my dog cuddles.

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren zwei Wochen lang Gäste in einer modernen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit großzügiger Terrasse und traumhaftem Infinitypool, von wo aus man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Bucht von Agios Nikolaos hatte! Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Handtücher werden häufig gewechselt. Pooltücher, auch Strandtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine ist vor Ort; so kann man auch mit kleinem Gepäck anreisen.Alles ist sehr individuell. Definitiv fünf Sterne!Doch der sechste Stern gebührt unserer reizenden Gastgeberin! Unsichtbar, aber immer präsent, wenn wir ihre Hilfe brauchten, war sie von der ersten Stunde an für uns da. Sie war uns bei der Anmietung eines Auto behilflich und hat uns mit ihrem schönen Willkommenspaket überrascht. Dankbar waren wir auch für ihre Empfehlungen zu schönen Orten in der Umgebung sowie für Restaurants und Tavernen.Es war wie ein Urlaub bei Freunden!Und am liebsten würden wir sofort wieder dort hinreisen – ein magischer Ort, absolut empfehlenswert!Vielen Dank, Jules, für diese unvergesslichen Urlaubswochen.

An absolute jewel!

This is an exquisite vantage point from which to enjoy the spectacular beauty of Crete. Perched on the hill above Mirabello Bay you will enjoy precious sunrise, sunset, and sparkling night views of the water and Agios Nikolaos below. You will not want to leave! This lovely property is made even more special as the owner, Jules, makes perfect hospitality her mission. The little apartment is exquisitely clean, appointed with everything you need to hide away there, and you will find a lovely basket of snacks and an excellent bottle of wine when you arrive. This is a breathtakingly beautiful spot to land, don't miss it!!

Great stay!

Crete is gorgeous! We did so much exploring, we didn’t spend as much time at the apartment as we thought we would. The space is small, but clean and well furnished. The private pool and surrounding views are absolutely phenomenal. I would only take off one star off due to the heat. The owner (who is lovely) has a small indoor A/C unit set it that did help, but we were there in August and it just could not keep up. We would return despite this, but in a cooler month.

Honeymoon 💍❤️

Wir durften unsere Flitterwochen bei Jules im Appartement verbringen und hätte uns keinen schöneren Ort dafür vorstellen können. Das Appartement bietet eine fantastische Aussicht, von der wir gar nicht genug bekommen konnten. Von der Sauberkeit über die Ausstattung hin war einfach alles perfekt. Zudem ist Jules eine super nette und zuvorkommende Person, die sich so zauberhaft um uns gekümmert hat. Von Hochzeitsgeschenken die wir einlösen konnten über Reservierungen von Bootsfahrten und Restaurants. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wundervolles Appartement mit super Aussicht

Wir waren 10 Tage in dem Appartement, der Pool direkt vor der Tür und der Blick über die Bucht von Agios Nikolaos war fantastisch, bei offener Terrassentür kann man sogar auch aus dem Bett aufs Meer gucken. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin Jules war wundervoll - sie hat uns gute Tavernen empfohlen & reserviert und war immer für alle Fragen und Wünsche für uns da. Fußläufig gibt es ein wunderschönes, gutes Restaurant La Terrassa, mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Agios Nikolaos und in 5 Minuten in Elounda - insgesamt ein ganz toller und erholsamer Urlaub mit allem was wir brauchten.

What an amazing holiday in beautiful accommodation, with a fantastic host in Jules, helped by Misha & Fig. The holiday was perfect from start to finish (Apart from a slight mishap on night one! Leider kann ich nur 10 Punkte vergeben, denn schon alleine die Gastgeberin, Jules, muss mehr als 10 Punkte erhalten. Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, alle Bewertungen sprechen für sich. Das Apartment, der Pool, der Blick, die Lage, ... sind traumhaft. Jules war zu 100% erreichbar, hat für uns Restaurants reserviert, hat uns grandiose Tipps gegeben, ... und gute Gespräche hatten wir auch noch. Zauberhaft. Alle sin allem werden wir wiederkehren!
