Perched elegantly atop a gentle slope, the Elounda Bright Villa offers a breathtaking panorama that captures the essence of Cretes natural beauty. From every corner of the villa, guests are treated to awe-inspiring views that stretch as far as the eye can see - from the serene waters of the Elounda bay to the rugged silhouette of Spinalonga Island, and the majestic peaks of the Sitia mountains in the distance.


This contemporary masterpiece is more than just a villa; its an immersive experience, meticulously designed to cater to the discerning tastes of those seeking the epitome of refined comfort and modern sophistication. Every aspect of the villa exudes an air of exclusivity and indulgence, from its sleek architectural lines to its meticulously curated interior spaces


The 220 m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.

Indoors


Ground Floor


Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, an open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sense of fluidity and connectivity that invites relaxation and conviviality. The living room offers a sofa, 74" Smart TV with Netflix, and direct access to the pool area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light while framing the captivating vistas outside. Next to the living room area is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island table and chairs, and an indoor dining area for six people. Additionally, a WC is also located on this level.


On this level, there is a bedroom as follows:


Bedroom 1: King size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), closet, access to the pool and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.


Lower floor


Descending the staircase, the lower floor of the villa awaits with the 2 more bedrooms including:


Bedrooms 2: 2 single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m) that can be transformed to a king-size bed with a mattress topper, 32" Smart TV, A/C, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, direct access to the outdoor area.


Bedrooms 3: King size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 32" Smart TV, A/C, sitting area with a cozy sofa, balcony with sitting area offering stunning views of the sea and Spinalonga island.


Moreover, this level hosts a range of facilities designed to cater to diverse interests, ensuring ample activities for all:


Playroom: Equipped with a spacious sofa, a mini fridge, a 74" Smart TV complemented by a Bose speaker bar, a PlayStation 5 with games, and a pool table.


Gym Area: Featuring an assortment of fitness equipment including an elliptical machine, stationary bike, multi-gym, gym bench, and yoga mats.


Outdoor area


The exterior of Bright Villa covers 75 m2 and offers many facilities including:


- A private, 32 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep.


- The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas


- BBQ facilities with a gas grill

- Parking space for two cars inside the villa premises.


- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering privacy and security to our guests.


Elounda Bright Villa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

What a wonderful Villa and what a VIEW

The Villa truly is exceptional - arriving late at night we were really impressed by the Villa, it looks exactly as luxurious as the pictures in the advert.When we woke in the morning however and went outside the view from the property was truly exceptional. A fantastic panorama indeed, overlooking the bay and Spinalonga.Loved everything about the property - and the support from Zacharias, who could not do enough for us.One thing to note - the property is on a steep hill, so is a little daunting when first arriving, but just one to be aware of - it helps the view for sure!
