THE ACCOMMODATION:

The Studio Soleil Bleu is above all an apartment designed by travelers, for travelers. Every piece of equipment, storage and layout has been carefully chosen, because we know from experience what makes a holiday easier and more enjoyable.PGJyPg
Our wish is to offer you a functional and welcoming place, where you just have to put down your suitcases to immediately feel like you are on holiday.

You will have at your disposal:

- A trundle bed with two beds of 90 x 200 cm. For a single person, it can be used with a single bed to conserve more space in the studio
- A flat-screen TV installed on an articulated arm
- A Bluetooth speaker
- A shaded terrace overlooking a tree-lined inner courtyard
- A ceiling fan and a column fan
- A table and four chairs
- Plenty of storage space
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, microwave oven with grill function, coffee maker, toaster...
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, storage space and towel racks
- A suitcase rack and coat racks in the entrance
- A drying rack and a towel rack on the terrace
- A roller shutter and blackout curtains to keep the darkness during the night

THE DISTRICT:

Thanks to its central location, Studio Soleil Bleu allows you to fully enjoy Cap d'Agde on foot.

The port, beaches, restaurants, terraces, shops and entertainment are only a few minutes away. You will be able to live to the rhythm of Mediterranean holidays, between walks by the sea, days at the beach and evenings on the port, without systematically depending on the car.

The studio is located in a central and lively area, especially in summer.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

- Cleaning: end-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. The studio must be left clean and tidy. If the cleaning has not been carried out, or if it requires additional intervention, the actual cost of the repair may be deducted from the security deposit.
- Parking: A paid public parking lot, with a first hour free of charge, is located right in front of the residence and a large free public parking lot is about 300 m away.
- Non-smoking accommodation: it is however possible to smoke on the terrace, where an ashtray is available
- No internet connection
- No air conditioning. The studio is equipped with a ceiling fan and a column fan.
- No washing machine. Self-service laundry 2 minutes walk away

EQUIPMENT RENTAL:

This equipment is available by reservation and is to be paid directly to our service provider upon arrival:
- Travel cot with fitted sheet: €20 for the first week, then €10 per additional week
- Baby bath: €10 for the first week, then €5 per additional week
- Baby booster seat: €10 for the first week, then €5 per additional week
- UV beach tent: €10 for the first week, then €5 per additional week
- Stroller: €10 for the first week, then €5 per additional week
- Beach towel: €8 per person per stay
- Beach umbrella with stand: €10 for the first week, then €5 per additional week

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

These services are subject to availability and are to be paid directly to our service provider:
- Babysitting: conditions, rates and availability to be discussed directly with our service provider
- Shuttle to or from the station: €15 per trip, then €5 for each additional person
- Picking up your groceries in a hypermarket in Agde: €25
- Grocery store to start your stay: €9 per person
- Gourmet basket made up of regional products: small format €20 or large format €40
- Arrival before 4 p.m.: €15, subject to availability
- Arrival between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €15
- Arrival after 10 p.m.: €45
- Departure before 8 a.m.: €15
