Wunderschöne Villa mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir verbrachten 2 wundervolle Wochen in dieser Villa. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern und hatten genug Platz in der Villa. Die Villa ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Villa war sauber und alles in gutem Zustand. Besonders hat uns der Garten mit dem Pool gefallen. Der ganze Garten ist sehr gepflegt und mit den verschiedenen Liegemöglichkeiten lädt er für gemütliche Stunden ein. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer um unser Wohl bemüht. Herr Guerry kam jeden zweiten Morgen und machten den Poolservice und den Garten. Wir durften sogar frische Gurken, Tomaten und Kräuter vom Garten nehmen. Velos standen uns ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Villa ist sehr zentral gelegen, mit dem Auto fährt man keine 2 Min. zum Strand, 5 Min. nach Cap d'Agde ins Touristenzentrum (Lunapark, Restaurants, etc), 5 Min. nach Grau d'Agde, 5 Min. zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten und vermissen die tollen Stunden schon jetzt!

Relaxing stay

We rented this comfortable vacation home for 2 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The owners kindly welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was greatly appreciated by everyone as was the calm atmosphere surrounding the house. There were two bikes made available to us which was perfect for riding into nearby towns and along the river. I would recommend this house for families looking for a relaxing holiday in the Hérault.

Fantastic property with great facilities

We had a great 2 weeks at this property (July 22nd – August 5th 2018) The accommodation is very comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities, a fitted modern kitchen, comfortable living room and good size bedrooms with the added bonus of air conditioning in every room. The house is in a residential area but is very quiet and peaceful. The best feature of the property is the outside space, made up of the large decked covered relaxation area close to the kitchen, the shaded dining area with gas BBQ and the pool. The pool starts from nothing at one end, allowing easy access, to around 6ft at the other end. Surrounding the pool are comfortable, padded adjustable loungers with ample shade. Attached to the house, accessible from the garden is a large indoor Jacuzzi, which we tried but is more suited to cooler weather  There is also a large garden area with a grass and a “growing” area where the owner encourages you to pick the tomatoes, strawberries and herbs for your own use. The beach, local shops and restaurants are nearby (1 to 1.2 km) and walkable but easier by car! The larger hypermarkets are about 3km. One of the owners, calls around early some mornings to water the garden and clean the pool, through discussion over coffee, I found him very friendly and interesting and was always looking for ways to improve our stay. Overall it is a great place to spend 2 weeks in the sun relaxing, our group of 7 people ranged in ages from 20 to 50+ and everyone loved it, we would definitely go back

Great place to stay with the family, Great outdoor space, close to the beaches and also Agde

We had a great 2 weeks here during August. Its a great house with lots and lots of space both indoors and outside. The pool is great especially if you have smaller children as the shallow end works really well, the space around the pool is also excellent, giving everyone the chance to relax and keep an eye on the pool. There's also a large garden area (not that we used it that much given the sun, pool, beach!), the gardens are well stocked with Figs, tomatoes, peppers which you can pick - makes a great change to just using the supermarket. There is also a great outdoor space on the deck area which is covered and is really useful on the occasional day when a rain storm comes through or just for a break from the sun - works really well in the evening as there is also a sound bar to use (Bluetooth) along with comfy seating, bean bags etc. The BBQ area also works well as there is a large table just next to it for sitting out which is covered from the sun - works really well. Inside the house is quite eclectic which worked for us, with a modern bathroom, modern kitchen and lots of character in the bedrooms, the house also has air conditioning in every room, again great for when it heats up. The beach is an easy 1.2km walk (or a very easy cycle), the boulangerie is also an easy 1km walk in the same direction, with supermarkets close by. Grau D'age provides further choice in terms of markets,shopping, again an easy walk or bike (but a little further). The owners were great in terms of their approach both before we arrived and during our stay. Very relaxed, warm welcome and then also very good at looking after the place when we were there i.e. early morning visits to clean the pool/water the garden - also they were on hand if we needed any help or advice on where to go. My one suggestion is that a change of bed linen would have been good half way through our stay (we were there for 2 weeks) Overall a really good place to spend time in, with the beaches just around the corner, a good restaurant at the end of the road (5 min walk) and a very relaxed and friendly owners.

Alles Super!

Das Haus war toll. Es war richtig groß und geräumig. Die Außenanlage war klasse und der Pool & Wirlpool...😙 Einige Möbel waren nicht mehr auf den neusten Stand, aber es fehlte trotzdem an nichts. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und man ist in 15min zufuss am Strand. Ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto (Zufuss kaum möglich) In der Ortschaft wird nur Französisch gesprochen. Alles in allem: Einfach Top und empfehlenswert!
