PICの中で遊ぶところがたくさんあり、家族には最高のホテルです！ スタッフの方もクラブメイツの方もみんな親切で、とても楽しい旅行になりました!! またグアム行くならPICに行きたい‼️と思います😊 1日だけ謎にお湯が出なくなり、困りましたが、その旨を伝えたら直ぐに対応してくれました!! 家族での旅行ならPICオススメです！

客室はとても綺麗ですし、接客も良かったです。最終日にシャワーの温度が上がらず、困りましたが何時間後かには解消されました。 また、立地がよくタモンの中心部にあるのがとても便利です。 海が見えるようなリゾート感はありませんが、値段も手頃でとても良かったです。

When we called the hotel they said they have a shuttle, when we called back to ask where it was, they said no shuttle.
