It's all about the views, the dock and that location!!!

This lovely property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a detached bunk bedroom. It has a large deck on the back of the house, which makes you feel like you are on top of the water. The dock has a slip for guests and a large deck for swimming, fishing or relaxing.
This is a new listing and more pictures to come.
Located close to everything Monkey Island has to offer!!!

We had an amazing stay! The views from the property were absolutely stunning — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing trip. The location offered easy access to all the water activities Grand Lake is known for, from boating and fishing to swimming and s8ght seeing The owners were incredibly hospitable and communicative, making the entire experience seamless from booking to check-out. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made us feel welcome.Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Grand Lake! We’ll definitely be back.

Great location on Monkey Island, with beautiful views and Shelley was very responsive with all communications.Home is as it looks in the pictures, clean with a well stocked kitchen. (only missing item was a blender). We enjoyed sitting on the deck, enjoying the views with coffee in the morning and drinks/on a meals in the evening. While we did not have a boat with us, the marina was minutes away which was convenient for pontoon rental.Note: Open restaurants were limited (we were there Mon-Wed) so we ate in more than we intended, but it made for the best views at meals.Would definitely stay here again.

The view

The house it’s conveniently located on grand Lake with access and use of a large dock and boat slip. The space is well suited for family, gatherings, and outdoor water adventures! Communication with the owner was easy.

Lake House at Grand Lake

House was very clean, great location on Monkey island, drive way was perfect for truck and boat, and the boat slip made our daily fishing adventures much more enjoyable than having to launch daily. It's a great place to stay on Grand Lake!

ALL ABOUT THE VIEW

Not joking. Absolutely gorgeous! Fantastic location. Everything was clean and so cozy. The dock was amazing. No issues with cobwebs as I've encountered at other locations. Host was responsive (only contacted as we chose to stay longer). We did not want to leave. Even meet a couple of the neighbors who were wonderful and very friendly. I will be staying here for all my future trips. DO NOT pass up staying here. Pictures don't even do it justice!

What a view!

We enjoyed our stay. The quiet mornings over looking the lake were what was needed. Communication with owner was easy & appreciated. Location was good. Grocery store (Wal-Mart) was further away than expected, so plan well. However, this would not keep us from coming back. Nice deck. Clean Easy to access upon arrival. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer & dryer were appreciated. Having access to the water via the dock was wonderful. Had a family of 5 adults (over 18) plus a 15 year old stay three nights. For a day, Three additional adults joined us on the water. It was a bit cramped with that many people. However our guests were only inside a couple hours therefore it was not an issue. I believe the maximum # to sleep is 8. In my opinion 6 ADULTS in the living / dinning area is the most you could have & be comfortable chatting & enjoying time together. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed our stay & all needs were met.

Loved the view!

We met our son and his wife who came from Dallas and we came from KC. It was a great meeting point between the 2. We had a great weekend at the lake! The home was great for our group of 7. We did use the bunkroom for our 2 teenagers. The bathrooms are very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. We rented a boat and a seadoo at Sail Grand Marina, at Shangri La. Loved it all!

Hidden Gem

This house and dock on Grand Lake were perfect for our family vacation. Spacious kitchen that is well stocked. Beds are comfy. We loved sitting on the deck for our morning coffee and meals. Having a dock all to ourselves for swimming in a quiet little cove was paradise.

Doing “nothing” made easy

Perfect Family Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was in a great area. We had to rent a boat and the rental place was just around the cove. So convenient! The house itself came with everything. We had plenty of room. Being able to sit out on the patio or dock and take in the scenery was the best.
