"Hotel is definitely starting to show some wear. Our toilet was cracked and the grout definitely can use updating in the bathrooms. Breakfast service only had one employee doing all the cooking, cleaning and replenishing. Needless to say we were often waiting for food and had to clean our own tables. I will say the room was very clean and beds were super comfortable and we had maid service everyday even without asking"

"The staff was great. Room walls are VERY VERY thin, neighbors next to me were making lots of noise late at night & early morning (adult things). Hotel is not responsible for these personal things that go on BUT the walls are thin and thankfully my child wasn't with me because they would've heard it from me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are staying with kids or you need to double check if you have neighbors next to you. Hotel was clean and staff again were great."

"The hotel looks new. They have a nice small gym and a nice small outdoor pool. Breakfast was better than most Marriott properties. My only issue is the fact that they charge $15 for daily parking. Maybe it Expedia where I booked my hotel didn't disclose this fact. I do wish the Expedia does a better job informing users that a parking fee exists and the amount of the fee. "The room was fairly clean but not for a nitpicky person- I took wipes and cleaned light fixtures, remotes, toilets, tub, shower and the kitchenette, etc. The sound travels through the lower levels. Unfortunately, we were below a family of five for one night and they woke us up at 5am the day they left. I called the front desk but all they did was assure me they were leaving the next day. "This property is terrible. It does not adhere to the standards that we are accustomed to from Best Western. This is an older hotel that was rebranded without being remodeled. Not only was it loud, but it was poorly lit, parking was terrible, and it was FILTHY. The carpet was sticky by the Room Door and the Bathroom Door. The bathroom did not smell clean. and the beds were in need of replacement. As if this were not bad enough, the manager was no where to be found and I was unable to make...
