"Was surprised at how nice this place was. Big rooms and nice bar and food."

"Great hotel. The staff are fantastic!!! The nicest people ever. I would go stay there again just to have the same front desk people host me again. The elevator sucked. There are 2 in total. One of them is out of order for construction (apparently I hear it's been like that for a year). And the other elevator is moved like it is 100 years old (one time the doors didnt even open until I hit the button for them to open). I expected better from a Hyatt."

"Not sure if the hotel was under construction but the elevator was not well maintained, the walls were rusted and oxidized."

"Well, it is said you pay for what you get. There was no hot water for the first 3 days of our 7 day trip. The microwave in the room did not work. The base boards behind bed were dusty. I couldn't use phone to call front desk because handset was filthy so I used my cellphone. I wanted to save money but next time I will think of comfort."

"Very clean, nice staff, price was very good."

Guests had to wait for a staff to let them back into their room or leave a member of their party in the room....

"Nice people"

"Everything was perfect,the room,the hotel,the people"

"The property is very convenient and there are nice restaurants directly across the street that you can walk to easily. It's also very convenient to Raymond James stadium. The staff at the front desk was really nice and the bartenders were also nice. I was in a corner suite and it was a super spacious room. Housekeeping cleans your room everyday, which is a nice amenity that many hotels no longer offer. The only thing I didn't like like are the corner suites are directly adjacent to the...

"Everything good, but was overcharged and not provided with a receipt upon check out despite employee saying she would email it. This did not allow me to dispute the incorrect charges."
