Step into your private sanctuary, a cleverly designed space that houses one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and laundry area. With amenities like WiFi, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and laundry facilities, you can simply arrive and enjoy without having to worry about a thing.

As you enter, the first room to greet you is the kitchen. Light floods in through a large window, illuminating the white joinery and light timber benchtops. The kitchen is not just a feast for the eyes but also fully functional, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. The breakfast bar with two stools is the perfect spot for a quick meal or a cup of coffee.

To your right, you`ll find the bathroom, where coastal vibes meet modern convenience. The V-groove timber panelling adds a designer touch to the room, which includes a shower, vanity, and a separate toilet. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your comfort.

Proceed through the bathroom to access the bedroom, your personal retreat. The room is adorned with fresh, clean bed linen, plush carpet, and tasteful art on the walls. A wall-mounted TV and an array of houseplants create a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Glenelg`s attractions.

Though the apartment doesn`t have a separate lounge area, the bedroom serves as a cosy space for relaxation. With its northern aspect, the room is bathed in natural light, making it a cheerful and inviting space.

This is a private home all to yourself and you won`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Parking is available for one vehicle on site with free street parking nearby. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
