Non return of keys & remotes will incur the loss of bond.
Missing items & linen will be charged.
No smoking inside, no pets. Parties or functions are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination & eviction without refund of security deposit & or extra charges for cleaning, wear & tear added to your credit card.

Our Glenelg North Stay

We loved the property (6A Alison St., Glenelg North) Great house with everything you could possible need. Plenty of room, very spacious. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic storage. Really well equipped kitchen.Spacious bathrooms. Nice outdoor area. Great location!! The hosts were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the fact that they were on site to meet us and show us around and answer any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Fantastic property and Sparkly clean

The owners met us at the house to show us around. It was lovely to meet them, they were very lovely and nothing would of been to much trouble . The house was remarkably clean and homely and comfortable. The hallway is amazingly long and the house is very roomy. The house is very close to Glenelg beach and walking distance to Woolworths. The area is quiet. We really can’t fault the house. Our only comment would be it would be lovely to have soft towels, but only because we love soft towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were provided with plenty of coffee and tea etc, little extras were available such as shampoo, shower gels etc . We would highly recommended the house. We had a great time and if we return to the area we would certainly stay again.

Very nice house, great location but.....

Had a lot of dramas with the neighbor, she is very loud and has some very colorful language, not good when its 1.00am or 3.00am and your there working 12-16 hour days. Apart from that everything was great. #getridoftheneighbor

Thank you so much Tony and Slava for welcoming us into your amazing home. Your warm and caring welcome was the start of a wonderful week in Adelaide. The space and luxury of your home was so much more than we expected. We had easy access to everywhere that we needed to go while in Adelaide, and it was so nice to come back to a lovely home with all that we needed for our stay. Such a quiet area to stay at and with Glenelg only a short walk away, makes for a hassle free stay. It was so lovely to meet you both and congratulations on your amazing place to stay.
