Kalimna Tiny is more than a stay, it’s a labour of love. A place to slow down and watch the sky change colour. Built on family land and shared with warmth, it’s a special slice of paradise close to our hearts - created for guests to feel at peace, inspired, and completely at home. Welcome to Kalimna Tiny - a peaceful hideaway perched on the hills of Willunga, where time slows and nature takes centre stage.

This handcrafted tiny home was built with heart and purpose, designed to celebrate connection - with the land, with loved ones and with the quiet moments in between.

Though small in size, Kalimna Tiny is big on beauty. Step inside and you’ll find a cosy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that opens out to sweeping views of the Fleurieu coastline. Climb the ladder to the loft and you’ll find a queen bed tucked beneath a skylight perfect for stargazing.

The master queen bedroom sits across the shared deck, offering a private retreat with easy access. Kalimna is ideal for one or two couples, or anyone wanting their own peaceful corner of the world.

The deck and land itself is a dream:
- Bar seating overlooking the hills and ocean
- Outdoor lounge made for sunsets and long talks
- Fire pit area for cosy nights under a blanket of stars

Guests have full access to Kalimna Tiny, the deck, outdoor lounge, and fire pit area.
You’ll also enjoy your own private parking space and uninterrupted views in every direction. Excpect daily visits from the local kangaroos :)

You’re just minutes from Willunga’s main street, with its local cafes, restaurants, and the famous Willunga Farmers Market.

Other Things to Note:

Access to the loft is via a ladder — not suitable for very young children or guests with mobility concerns

The property is peaceful and rural — you may see cows grazing below and hear the sounds of nature at night 🌙

Please enjoy the space with care and respect — it’s a cherished family place, created and loved by hand.

Firewood for the firepit is provided from 1st of May til 31st of October in line with fireban season, please do not use the firepit from November to April.
~ Additional 4 persons as DAY visitors allowed - Max 4 persons overnight. Please contact us to discuss if these requirements do not fit your needs.

~ Quiet time between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at anytime. Please respect our wonderful neighbours.

~ No parties or events.

~ Please notify us immediately if something is damaged or broken.

~ Please do not use the firepit from November 1st to April 30th inline with fireban season.
