    The Space:

    Important:

    We want to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Please note that the property does not have a central heating system.

    - One bedroom is equipped with a split system air conditioner that provides both cooling and heating.

    - For the rest of the property, we have prepared 5 portable heaters to keep you warm.



    This four-bedroom house offers a spacious and comfortable stay for up to eight guests. It includes one king bed, two queen beds and two single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The layout is designed to accommodate shared living with ease.



    The home features a bathtub for relaxation, along with a dedicated workspace suitable for work or study. The overall environment is both practical and comfortable.



    A fully equipped kitchen is available, allowing guests to prepare meals during their stay, whether for short visits or longer stays.



    Guest Access:

    Guests can enjoy the entire property, except for the shed in the backyard.

    Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



    Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.



    Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.

Suggested areas of improvement !due to the extremely steep incline of the driveway my parents had to wait in the car for an hour (due to the remote to the garage not working we had to wait for the service manager to bring another one) so they could be driven up the driveway. There at least needs to be a rail to help walk up the driveway as they could not get into the car when in the carport - no access on one side too small.The curtains were unable to be used in the living room. They were only hanging on by a few clips and kept coming off. Both glass sliding doors in the shower came off the rails every time someone tried to use them. The TV and the glass sliding door to the garage was very dirty. Needs cleaning. The garden was very over grown. Lots of weeds and the lawn very high both front and back.
