  • Maravillosa casa amueblada de lujo piscina climatizada, libre de coronavirus, hacemos una limpieza profunda después de la salida de cada huésped. La casa esta situada en Costa Adeje en el Sur de Tenerife en un lugar privilegiado, muy tranquilo a la vez muy cerca de playas, restaurantes, centros comerciales, a 300 metros del Gran Parque Acuático Siam Park y del Centro Comercial Siam Mall .
    Maravillosa terraza con vistas a la isla de la Gomera, dispones de grandes y cómodos sofás, mesa para seis comensales, barbacoa, piscina y cuatro tumbonas
    La temperatura media de de la zona es 25º todo el año, Inviernos sensacionales y veranos suaves por la brisa del mar.
    La casa es de una sola planta, consta de tres dormitorio y tres baños
    1º Dormitorio. Una cama grande para dos personas con su baño y caja fuerte
    2º Dormitorio 2 camas individuales grandes
    3º dormitorio una cama para dos personas..
    Tres baños uno el incluido el primer dormitorio.
    Salon Comedor con una mesa para 8 comensales con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de cenas de lujo, dos cómodos sofás, gran televisor con multitud de canales en todos los idiomas
    Wifi gratuito en toda la casa, piscina privada, aire acondicionado individual, en cada una de las dependencias de la casa
    La cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas estupendas vacaciones, tostador, calentador de agua para preparar un delicioso te, exprimidor eléctrico para zumos, cafetera Nespresso, microondas y muchas cosas mas.
    Tenemos muy cerca restaurantes y maravillosas playas, como del Duque y la de los Cristianos que se pueden ver en las fotos del anuncio de la propiedad.
    Dos maravillosas terrazas para comer o cenar disfrutando de espectaculares vistas a la isla de la Gomera mientras prepara una deliciosa comida en la barbacoa Weber. Una terraza de verano para los dias que el calor aprieta y disfrutando de las vistas del Teide.

    Nuestros huéspedes siempre son recibidos personalmente por Jeny y Elena con un pack de bienvenida, ellas entregan las llaves en su mano y explican el funcionamiento de todas las cosas de la casa.
    El día de salida nos adaptamos al horario de los vuelos de los clientes, pudiendo dejar la villa a la hora que mas les convenga, sin ningún coste adicional, esto siempre que las reservas nos lo permitan.
    Una pequeña lavandería con lavadora, tendedero, plancha y mesa de planchar.

Die Villa war sehr sauber, was wir so von den Kanaren ehrlicherweise nicht kennen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und wir wurden vor Ort empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Einziges Manko war die Größe des Pools. Den hatten wir uns größer vorgestellt und jener sollte doch dringend mal instandgesetzt werden (abgeplatzte Farbe, fehlende Skimmer-Abdeckung). Ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden.

We have travelled all over the world - this villa is exceptional. The location is superb - best to have a car to explore island although full grocery store is 8 min walk and beaches are 18mins. The view is unparalleled, kitchen well stocked, Juliet the host was very responsive and the pool was a bonus. Do yourself a favour and just book it- you will not be disappointed!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The open, well-furnished living space (both inside and out) made for a very comfortable environment, and the balcony views are truly amazing.Highlights:• Location: Perfect for visiting Siam Park and an easy drive to the nearby beaches. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.• Kitchen: Exceptionally well-stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, and glasses, along with a juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.• Amenities: We loved the plunge pool, and having pool towels provided was a very helpful addition.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Das Ferienhaus liegt in Top-Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super – schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

We had a great stay at the villa, we were met and shown around on arrival (after a two hour flight delay also!) must have been 10pm when we got there. The villa has a remote garage to keep the hire car in so it's safe and secure. The villa is well equipped for cooking as we had a few nights staying in, it's really close to the Siam mall if you fancy eating out also although I would probably advise a taxi back up the hill if you have plenty of shopping. We all slept well in the villa too as the area is quiet and the Aircon works well. It was nice having chilled out days on the terrace area sunbathing with the odd dip in the pool to refresh (pool is about 3ft deep). The view from the terrace is amazing in the day and the night I would say this is the highlight of the villa. We had a few friendly lizards say hello on the terrace too they like to pop out when your having breakfast in the cooler mornings. We visited the town a few times for the Thursday market and restaurants etc, it's pretty easy to get taxis from outside the Siam mall or Siam waterpark if required. It's about a 15min walk to the waterpark which I recommend over driving as the parking can be chaos. Overall the villa was great and would stay again if visiting Tenerife again.

Beautiful place in great location

The view may have been even better than the pictures. Check in was smooth, the hosts met us there with a very warm welcome. They even purchased a humidifier for the flat when our baby had a cough. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty mutch perfect

When we arrived and got a warm welcome, we some wine and beer, got a quick tour of the place. An form the placement kf the place i perfect with escooters its 7 min to both big citys. The pool is a nice temprature and got cleaned even during our stay.

Very nice apartment with wonderful terrace

We stayed in this apartment October/November 2019 and we were really impressed by the very warm welcome and generosity shown by the owner. There were fresh flowers and provisions for us. The apartment was clean and fresh, and with all the amenities we could ever need. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. There was also parking for our car and mountain view on the other side. We are really satisfied with this accommodation, and give it all our warmest recommendations.

Tenerife

Excellent location near beaches, Siam Mall, and highway. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, towels, hair dryers, etc. Easy check in. House manager met us to explain how everything worked and even had some groceries and water in the fridge, which was very nice. There is construction going on in the neighborhood , so it was a bit noisy and dusty. House could use a bit of TCL but everything worked. Lovely visit. Outdoor space is fabulous, view exactly as pictured.

Beautiful villa

Our second time at this fantastic villa and it was every bit as good as we remembered. Villa is spotless with everything you could possibly need including coffee machine, juicer etc etc etc. The villa is spacious with a great layout, the living area has a large lounge and dining area which was great for the nights we ate in. The pool and the large balcony provide plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and the view is amazing. The villa is located in a very quiet urbanisation behind Siam mall. We didn’t have a car but used a great local taxi service which was cheap for trips to Los Cristianos and La Caleta. 10 minutes walk downhill takes you to Siam Mall or Siam water park and a further 5 minutes takes you to the Magma bus station where you can travel to anywhere around the island. Contact with Elena, the owner, is excellent from beginning to end and Jenny who looks after the villa is a star. The washing machine broke while we were there and we had a repair man the same day but as it couldn’t be fixed we received delivery of a new machine the following day - amazing service. We will definitely be returning next year!

Really well-equipped and spacious apartment

We had a great time at this bright, spacious and very well equipped apartment. Our host was exceptionally responsive and when we had some issues connecting with the Wi-Fi, she was on it immediately (clue: password is the one on the handwritten label, not the password printed on the router 😁). The motorway is visible and audible from the terrace, but after a few minutes, you factor it in and stop noticing it. The apartment is in a great location for Siam Park and Siam Mall (which has a really excellent supermarket). It's up on a hill so feels nicely out of the hustle and bustle of town, too. It was fab having two large terraces to choose from - one shaded, private and surrounded by pretty foliage (perfect for the afternoon heat), the other huge, sunny and perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset with a drink. We were four adults and there was space for all of us to relax without getting in each other's way. It was an easy walk into town (about 15-20 mins), and a taxi back up cost about 6 Euros. The walk gets very steep from Siam Mall to the house, so we got a taxi most days! It's best to hire a car if you want to see more of the island and take advantage of the fantastic hiking opportunities. There was building work going on nearby, so we tried to escape the day time noise by getting out (it was usually over by 4pm). The apartment has a secure car port accessed with a remote control on the keys, which made parking so much easier. All in all - a fab place!

Superb!

We had a mesmerizing experience at this gorgeous villa overlooking beautifull city and coast of Adeje. From start to finish it was extremely pleasant. Hosts were polite and understanding, helped us with everything we trew at then. The villa was equipped very well, it had everything - from hadheld blenders, broilers, ricecoockers, to hardryers, dish/clothes washer, and even 24/7 heated pool with a preplanned poolboy. More than we could ask. Next time coming for longer!

The worst accomodation ever!

That's the first time I give a bad opinion about accomodation. When we came the apartment was really dirty and we had to clean it (e.g.in the kitchen on the walls the rests of food were stuck), dirty toliet (really disguisting). What's the worst many things were out of use and we spend one week of our holidays cooperating with the maintenance people: -The bidet flooded the bathroom floor when used. -Water from the swimming pool was leaking through filtration system. -One toilet was clogged. -Mould in both showers (we were cleaning it on our own). -In another bathroom we had to repair toilet cistern at night. -Bathromm door not locking. -Chopping board in pieces. When we asked owner for some refund for the time when everything was under repair she tried to intimidate us. Accoring to the information on vrbo we booked "wonderful villa" and what did we receive? Dirty, destroyed apartment NOT villa. Villa is a detached building and here there was one flat over us and one below us. If someone wants to see I have photos and videos confirming what I wrote here.
